This property is on the 3rd floor and property owner will not allow ac to be cut down below 70, which the temp in condo will reach near 80 during day. This should have been listed on listing. It makes for a miserable stay when it is hot when you try to sleep.

Pics are accurate for view. Very nice location. Our main complaint was a refridgerator that was leaking water. Property manager was rude and unhelpful. Took 2 bath towels to mop it up first night. After that we kept bath towel on top shelf but felt no attempt was made to address the issue during our stay. All communication with her was snarky, so when we figured out what the issue was we did not bother contacting again. Never an apology or suggestion for help. My recommendation is thst it is a nice property with great location, but if you have a problem you are on your own to deal with it. This should not be a premier host.

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and we'll stocked. Kitchen had everything you could need.

The balconies of this 3rd floor room really extended our encounter with the natural beauty of the island. With the help of a cardboard tray cut from a discarded box, we managed to put together a 1000 piece puzzle enjoy the outdoors (the angle protects well from the wind). We could enjoy the sunrises from the balcony, or via the very short walk to the beach. While playing games in the evening, we did wish the great room would have better lighting, but over all a fun and relaxing place!

Positive is price and location Negative place needs some updating

Everything was nice and clean and as described. The only issue we ran into was the big tub would not plug and hold water which was disappointing because the soak tub was one of the reasons we chose this room. Also, the hot water ran out very quickly so we had to space showers. But, overall, a very nice stay

Clean and spacious.

Place is great but the tub was disappointing. It wouldn’t hold water and it also was hard to even turn on. It was disappointing because our 2 year old thought it was neat to have a “pool” that big in the bathroom.

8 ladies came to have a girls weekend bachelorette party! House was clean and location was perfect! And we had plenty of room, Master bedroom bed was so comfortable slept amazing! Would recommend and would love to stay again !

Piece missing that goes in wall of cabinet wasn't in. We found the piece and placed in the spot it was suppose to be at. Also dishwasher had dirty water inside when Igot ready to cut it on our last day before leaving. I don't use a dishwashers I only discovered it when I had to cut it on before leaving. Everything thing else lovely. Thanks.

It's close to the beach access, so the walk to the beach was good. It's also close enough to walk to the strip area. The condo was clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator broke one day, but there was someone there fixing it within a few hours. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on Tybee at this location. So close to shops, restaurants, ice cream and the beach. The pavilion and pier were nearby as well. The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

Tybee Island is a great place to stay! This property was on the 3rd floor with a wonderful balcony to gather after a day exploring. Great view and a short walk to the beach, city pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Recommend renting a car to have as golf cart rentals are booked up.

Condo was 1 building off the ocean, even still with a slight view. Located 1 block from 18th street beach access and probably 5 blocks from the main street with restaurants and bars. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

We wanted to stay close to where our friends were having their wedding. This was perfect. Close to the beach and all the things to do. We could walk to anything. Thank you for a great place to stay.

This property was a breeze to rent. We found this property online and we loved it. The rental process was easy and didn't take long at all. The check in was also easy. We really enjoyed staying here and we will most definitely be coming back. Very clean and great location. Cant wait to come back

The condo was amazing! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and clean. The ad was misleading as it said you did not have to be a certain age to rent but that was not correct when I received the contract. It did not effect me but could be a problem for someone else. The contract really through me off because it is very lengthy in rules and regulations placed by the owner of the property that they fail to list on their ad. You receive the contract right after booking so with no refunds available this is a trap into following their rules. I didn’t have issues with the rules as it was my husband, our son, and his parents staying only and we are all very relaxed people. However, some rules such as not being allowed on the balcony past 9 pm would have been nice to know prior to booking. The lady I was in contact with was also very abrupt when I asked her questions. They sent me 2 very lengthy emails with all the details and when I missed some of the instructions in said emails she refused to answer them and told me to read the emails again. Communication was not pleasant but they do give you all the info needed in the emails. Basically, once you get there everything is wonderful. The booking process is terrible.

House was great, close to the beach, and clean. We had a great time there. Only complaint was there was not ceiling light in the "master" bed room, only lamps.
