The property was close to everything you would want. The beach, restaurants, downtown etc. It was perfect for us and we would definitely recommend and would stay there if we returned. The hostess was very responsive as well. Overall great place!

Large condo on the 4th floor, with nice deck and brand new BBQ. Nice kitchen with high end appliances. Missed the river view but enjoyed watching all the action on the trail. Rode our bikes from Spokane Valley, and then out to Higgins Point. Nice time of year to visit Coeur d'Alene before the summer really kicks in. Enjoyed both restaurants in the building.

This condo needs help.Towel rack falling down--tv not working-- furniture and walls scratched and nicked.. This is a very tired condo that needs some work.

Stayed at this condo with our 3 kids. We enjoyed the view in the evening with the colorful sunsets. We spent a day at Silverwood which was only a 30 min drive. There are many shops nearby that I wish we had time to check out. The communication with the owner was great. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to the lake, shopping, restaurants, silverwood theme park and restaurants yet want to enjoy some quiet too.

Only one picture on the walls. No curtains in living room. Pillows sucked. Condo well stocked and owner responsive. Your view is a parking lot. Great location and convenient to everything. Great for families. Building is quiet.

Our family enjoyed a couple of great days in Coeur d’Alene, at this lovely, quiet, well-appointed, spacious condo. The location along the riverfront was fantastic… provided easy access to downtown via the bike/walking trail. Father/son fishing trip and Mother/daughter bike trip were highlights.

Love the location And the convenience to everything. Great local restaurants, just down the street from our new home that we are building.

We had a break in our schedules for a couple days and decided to visit the area to do some golfing and hiking. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property, but when we were there we were lacking for nothing. It was a nice property and just far enough from "downtown" to be convenient and easy to get to. The only thing that was "inconvenient" was the parking. The spaces are quite small. Since we came with our clubs and luggage, we had to rent a bigger vehicle and it barely fit in the parking spot assigned. This was mentioned ahead of time so it wasn't a surprise. Just would have been nice to have bigger spaces. Next time we come back it will be for a longer stay. When we do, I hope this property is available again.

Overall our experience was very good. This condo is near everything. Two good restaurants on property and several more across the street. Condo was clean and quiet inside. Just walk down to the lovely Spokane River. I only wish the unit was on the river side of the building rather than street side. The window coverings in the master bedroom don’t block out much light so it gets bright by 6:00 a.m. in the summer. But otherwise it was a great and convenient place to stay.

This location is pretty awesome. So close to trails and food. My only complaint was the air conditioner. It didn’t work well and the apt was over 80 degrees. However, I complained to the building manager and she delivered fans and a portable ac which solved the problem. She did this at 830 pm so she was very attentive. It had a washer and dryer, coffee and most amenities. We would stay again.

Very clean and has everything you need. Great location to dining, shopping, lake, tourist attractions. Perfect for families.

CDA and the surrounding areas were great. Condo close to everything. We rode bikes, boat tour, visited Sand Point, Hayden Lake and Spokane. Played the resort course. Over all, great time.

The unit was the best equipped rental I have ever had. The location in Coeur D’Alene is perfect. There is shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and I highly suggest bringing bikes. The N. Idaho Centennial Trail is right out the front door leading you on a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach and downtown. It’s also 5 minutes off the interstate giving you quick access to anything else you may need. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the amenities offered. If I ever have the chance I would go back.

We had a great stay, super convenient location with a park and lots of things to do in Riverstone. Quick access to bike and walking trails and boat ramp we very valuable to us! We went to the store to get basic toiletries, shampoo, soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc and were surprised to see all that was already provided! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Loved the location. Unit should be great. Towel bars are not attached to the wall in either bathroom. Master toilet does NOT flush. We had to used bottled water to flush toilet. Shower was spaying the ceiling. We fixed this. The shower door is jammed. All easy fixes and clearly being neglected. The floor is chipped where towel bars routinely fall off the wall. Standing water on the balcony does not drain. Disappointed because you can’t beat the location. Easy repairs.
