Too much pricey. Food can be improved.

The guide who took us on the excursions was really good. He took good care of the group and was also a bit adventurous which was fun. The food at the restaurant was good. The standards were high.

The check in lacked information. Ie How to connect to wifi. Location of restaurant. Opening times for the gym etc. Also there were no instruction on the glass doors of the gym in terms of opening times etc and door was mostly locked. On our last day we changed to go for a swim around 10:30 and the pool had been closed for treatment. There was no notice of this in the morning nor a sign up anywhere.. We just bumped into the pool guy who said its closed. Not ideal for a paying guest. The occupancy at the hotel was low on one night however there was no notice again to say the buffet was closed and we have to order a la carte style. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:40 and the staff were having a team meeting and ignored us when the restaurant should have opened at 7:30. The staff also requested us to fill a form and provide feedback after every meal. That’s a bit unnecessary.

The property is placed nice with good views around. The suit was big enough, Good connectivity with the activities and trekking going on around the area.

The front desk staff wasn't as resposinve as you would expect them to be, I asked for cleaning of the rooms which didn't happen until the next day, Unless told and explained I was going to be charged for the swim suits that were unused and were informed in the house keeping a day earlier to collect them back from my room. The food wasn't what you would expect a Fern hotel would have. No privacy around the pool, all customers who wouldn't want to swim were sitting right next to the pool in clusters. Very Loud music around the pool which doesn't help in having a good swim with your partner. Totally disappointed in terms of the amount that was paid for the stay. Wouldn't recommend for couples.

Bit overpriced. It's not a big place as it's being claimed. Overcrowding due to local walk-in visitors. Staff needs more training. Almost no mobile network except Jio. Poor internet connectivity in room.

The staff was excellent. Bhavani and Narayan at the front office and Prashant at the restaurant were really helpful. The property is beautiful and it is perfect for families and groups, couples as well as solo travelers. Children have a lot to do with the pool, garden, outdoor activities as well as an indoor games room.
