This beautiful home is located in an upscale neighborhood near the south end of Shadow Mountain Lake. Just over the hill from the lake, the cul-de-sac offers quiet and privacy. It’s less than a 10-minute drive into the town of Grand Lake. Separate entertainment areas and ample bedrooms plus sleeper sofas provided privacy for each family. Our three generations were very comfortable. The large kitchen was fully stocked, including spices, cooking oil, etc. Note: summer & fall of 2023 : constant noise from construction of a new house next door was present 8 to 10 hrs/day with the exception of Sunday. Enjoying the deck and gas fire pit was more pleasant after work ceased (6:00 or later).

This was a great, relaxing getaway for my family after celebrating my daughter's wedding in Estes Park. The accommodations were excellent and the deck was perfect for hanging out. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Impressive house for 4 couples with all the amenities needed. Close to town. Spacious to keep everyone comfortable. Cool CO evenings. A great dining table to get everyone together for dinner and porch for just hanging out, barbequing and sitting around the fire pit. Bringing the trash to the recycling center was OK using the prepaid bags but never found a good place to 'store' the trash bags while in use and never did find where the recyclables went at the center.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had a lovely time.

Very comfortable for large family...well equiped with everything needed. Just bring food and drink...more towels and special green garbage bags needed for large groups

I can’t say enough about our stay here. The owners were fantastic with communication and very kind. The home is just gorgeous and the perfect mountain getaway. I could not have asked for a better stay. There were even high chairs to choose from for my baby. They have literally thought of everything!

Easy access to Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a great time and loved the town! Wildlife viewing off the back porch! Dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge is a must, it was fantastic. The home was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay - the location is fantastic and the home is wonderful - highly recommend. The layout worked perfectly for our multi-generation extended family getaway. I was highly impressed with the kitchen - had EVERYTHING you would need and was well stocked with silverware, plates, glasses to accommodate 10 people without running the dishwasher between EVERY meal. We loved the area and hope to return in the future.

Gorgeous home in close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. Had everything we needed with well stocked kitchen and baths. The deck and firepit were wonderful for relaxing. The house was very clean. Would definately stay here again!!!

We stayed at John and Becky’s place with our family, including grandparents and infants. The bedroom setup was perfect for this— ample space for kids and noise wasn’t an issue. They have a couple of pack n plays and a high chair, which was nice. Would definitely stay there again!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days. It is a beautiful house with lots of space and perfect for kids. We loved the setup of the house! It’s about a 20 minute drive to Granby ski resort and 45 minutes to Winter Park.

Lovely cabin in a great location. Feels secluded, but you’re near enough to RMNP and local ski resorts. Wonderfully cozy. Would absolutely return.

We are so glad we stayed here! Everything was so clean and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so lucky to have at least 3-4 feet of snow during our visit. It was absolutely beautiful! The owners went out of their way to decorate for Christmas. I would highly recommend!

The mountain/lake home you’ve imagined. Multiple levels allows family to spread out for comfort and main great room with gourmet kitchen brings everyone together. Great for family gatherings.

It was great for 4 couples. Location in a very quiet area. Near any activities we wanted to do. Spacious, with plenty of space for all of us to be together. Lovely patio in the back for all of us to gather either during the day and evenings. Kitchen great and well supplied.

This lovely mountain home was perfect for the 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children). The best equipped kitchen in any rental home I’ve stayed in and the movie selection was amazing. Plenty of space to spread out, lovely deck and perfect location!

This house was in a great location for access to RMNP, Grand Lake, and Granby. Well appointed home. Kitchen had pots and pans, tableware, and glasses for all of our cooking needs. The beds and towels higher grade. The back deck was wonderful in the evenings! Fire pit and grill were top notch. Master bedroom and adjoining bath were excellent! We saw small deer and fox in the backyard every evening. Great place for our friend group to meet up and enjoy nature. We used the owners recommendation for ‘On the Trail’ rental of side by sides. What a fantastic time we had!! We also rented kayaks from the ‘Kayak Shack’ and kayaked Grand Lake. This was a spectacular experience viewing the mountains and lake from the kayak in the morning. We would recommend this experience to anyone.. We visited the near by Hot Sulphur Springs. It was a neat experience, but in need of revitalization. The price on point. Over all, our experiences made memories for a lifetime. This home is in an excellent location and very well equipped.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. Our inaugural family reunion was a big success. Since our kids have grown, it is very difficult to spend quality time with our children and grandchildren. This home was perfect for us. Even though the weather was rainy, we had a great time. We created some wonderful memories and hopefully some new traditions. This house was a perfect fit. The living space was very accommodating and the covered deck was great for dinner and evening conversations. We hope to be back next year.

I’ve stayed at several Vrbo properties around Lake Granby and this has been by far the best. The home is warm and inviting. There is ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the space and views. The house was very clean all around. The kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the owners was top notch. Ahead of our trip there was a very large snow storm predicted. The owners reached out ahead of our travels to make sure we had plenty of time to travel safely and even offered for us to extend our stay if the roads wouldn’t let us get back out. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could and would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the wonderful trip!
