This property was amazing. Spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed, even a bottle of wine on our arrival. The property owner, Lidia, was a pleasure to deal with and kept in touch with us.

This property was very easy to find and in a great location. The entry procedure provided by owner was very easy. The house was clean and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The lanai was roomy and nice. They provided many extras in the garage for beach outings, which was very nice. The bikes were in great condition and accessible. The owners were very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay at Nick and Lidia's. Their home was as described, very clean and was very well equipped with all the items we would want. The screened-in lanai was wonderful with lounge chairs, table and chairs, grill, lighting above grill and of course the pool. The Legacy trail was one mile away that we could walk to or ride the bikes. Very easy to get to Venice Island. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for what we needed and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Home was incredibly clean and comfortable. There is nothing we could have needed that was not there. It was great having a private clean pool and the privacy. Neighborhood was quiet and very close to everything. Manager was so friendly and very concerned about our comfort and making sure we were enjoying our stay. We are going back!

Our stay was very pleasant in your beautiful home. One thing though - the neighbors swimming pool is full of very noisy frogs. They are really loud at night - you might ask them to drain it completely. It is half full of nasty green water.

The house is great. It has everything you need and more. The car in the garage threw me a curve, but my Spyder fit next to it. The pool guy comes once a week, and the lawn mowers keep the lawn up. The washing machine is new. Great place!

-Too many steps for any degree of mobility challenged at every entrance. - Chair height commodes would have been much better. Commodes seemed even lower than standard. -Flush tank cover had to be removed and replaced almost every time the main bathroom commode was used to stop it from running. -Icemaker did not work. -Online listing stated garage space available. If it was it wasn’t to park a car. -Cable TV not available per directions in Main Bedroom. -Slip Covers on furniture were very annoying and uncomfortable.

PROPERTY LOCATION WAS PERFECT. FRIENDS AND FAMILY WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY. LYDIA CALLED US TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ENJOYING OURSELVES. SHE IS A GREAT HOST.

Everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There were even paper products there so we didn’t have to go out and buy right away. The neighborhood has an old Florida feel with huge live oaks and Spanish moss. There is a waterway restoration close by that made a great place to walk our dog. The dishwasher wasn’t working at first but Lidia responded very quickly to my text and someone came and fixed it the very next morning. A short 10 minute drive takes you to the dog beach(our dog loved it, so did we), beautiful beaches and a gorgeous downtown for shopping.

Our 2 week stay was during the pandemic, so our vacation was different due to this situation.For months leading up to our stay, I contacted the owner (Lidia) with questions about cleaning protocols, safety, and everything else that makes one crazy during a pandemic. She is a fabulous owner who answered every question in a timely manner, and with sincere honesty. She wanted us to have a great vacation and assured me that the place would be spotless. PROS: The owners are AMAZING. They seriously want your vacation to be perfect and are “on call” to answer questions. Within minutes of texting Lidia a question while at the house, we had an answer. They are AMAZING!The house is PERFECT. Husband and I only needed one of the bedrooms, but it boasts two nice sized rooms that are on opposite sides of the home. The two bathrooms are large and well equipped. There were ample NEW towels, linens and blankets/pillows. The house is equipped with so many spices, pool floats, coolers, beach chairs, you name it! Washer/dryer was SO IMPORTANT for our two week stay. We packed light, and washed masks daily (remember, we are in the middle of the pandemic!). Clean, well maintained units!There is NO CARPET in this home. This is a HUGE plus, as the floors were spotless when we came (you could tell they had been scrubbed!). This really helped calm my Covid hysteria.The location is FABULOUS. 8 minute drive to dog beach, 5 minutes to Shamrock rec area (good hiking, playground and dog friendly), 6 minutes to Publix and 5 minutes from a variety of restaurants. The home is in a safe neighborhood with mostly families. The neighbors were very nice/kind, gave us recommendations for good restaurants. Home is well appointed. Pots/pans/dishes/silverware were great quality and ample. Appliances were fabulous. AC worked VERY well. Pool is great - I suggest using the heater. It was worth it as some of our days only hit 65 degrees….Bed in master is SUPER comfy. Usually rental beds drive me nuts. Sheets/pillows were great!Couches/recliner were VERY comfy.CONS: I really have nothing! There are some security cameras (OUTSIDE) that some may have a concern about, but we loved this. If you are looking for a wild party neighborhood, this is not your place. Neighborhood is quiet by 8-9 pm.I would not hesitate to stay here again - actually tried for next vacation and it is already booked! Trust me, BOOK THIS PLACE!

My husband and I stayed (along with our dog) for a week to visit Venice and the surrounding areas. This property was perfect for us!! It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect with the dog. The house offers everything you would need for a vacation at the beach and the location is great...only 15 minutes from downtown Venice and the beach! The neighborhood was so quiet too! The property owners were very responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be going back to Venice and this house again!!

My son & our four legged hairy family members stayed here for a week & it was perfect! The kitchen has everything you & your family will need. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. The owner is very prompt & so friendly & caring. She just wanted my son and I to have a great vacation and we did. You are only about 10 minutes from the beach and the dog beach. The owner lends her beach chairs, canopy & cooler. All she asks is that you clean them after using them & put them back. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Everything is close & easy to find.

The home is lovely and very well maintained. Comfortable beds as well as furniture. The out door furniture in the Lania were equally comfortable . Great pool with easy access. You had the use of a good cooler as well as 4 quality beach chairs. There was also 2 bikes. Fully applianced kitchen, a washer and dryer. The house also came with the South Venice ferry pass that brings you out to a private beach. Communicating with Lidia was very easy and she was very responsive

We enjoyed a two week stay and the house was great - comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, bikes to use, etc. Loved the ferry pass to the private beach for the neighborhood and loved the proximity to Shamrock Park with its walking/biking paths. Lovely screened lanai with grill, pool and furniture. Great place to stay!

No small detail is forgotten in this inviting and spacious South Van Ness home with a very good fenced yard for a pet. The lanai and pool area are exceptionally well maintained and pristine. Joy to cook in the well appointed kitchen, with every gourmet chefs Basic tool provided. The walk ability score Would be assigned with a vehicle being a must. However, it is a short drive, about 10 minutes, to both downtown Venice, and Venice Beach. Lidia responds immediately to any concerns, and wants every guest to have an exceptional experience. I truly enjoyed staying at this immaculate property

Excellent home set up for two to four people. Very close to great beaches, dining and things to do. The Mangrove Kayak trip was great and so was the tour of the Rum Distillery.
