Angie and Dan were fabulous hosts! Communication was key due to less than stellar weather when we arrived. BUT the weather cleared up and we had a great week. The house is spectacular! Cute, cozy, yet beachy! The perfect beach retreeat!

we had a wonderful stay at Angie and Dan’s home. Check in and out were simple, the heated pool was fantastic, the house was clean and roomy. We were a short drive to many restaurants, stores, and beaches in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and ready for us to enjoy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very warm . We also found a lot of good restaurants and activities nearby. We would gladly stay here again.

Only been gone four days and I miss it so much. Angie and Dan are absolutely great. We enjoyed our four weeks so they are so much. The pool was so relaxing and the water was nice and warm. We spend some time there just about every day. The house is so well stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is very secluded, and at the same time you are no more than a mile away from anything you might need and some beautiful restaurants and beaches and places to watch the sunset I wish that we could come back next year because this would absolutely be our number one place to go to thanks again Angie and Dan you went above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to stay

Dan & Angie were fantastic hosts for our stay from December 27-January 3. The house was very clean when we arrived. Heated pool was great to use and Dan made sure the temperature of the water was right. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet as well. Hope to return in the future. Thanks for being fabulous host's!

Great location for outdoor activities. Jetty, Pier, Bike Trails, Shopping and Restaurants. Must check out the Pineapple Tequila and Darrell’s.

Very pleased...clean quiet and safe area. Dan and Angie, owners were quick to respond to any request. We would recommend. We would stay there again. Loved the heated pool, well maintained and swim toys and beach towels provided.

I rent this property for our christmas vacation. House was so clean and decorated very well. It was relaxing to be in a priviate swimming pool, and get tan in december. Angie and Dan are really kind hosts. Thanks for your hospitality. I will be there again.

Angela and Dan’s place was well maintained and very comfortable. The times I had to contact Angela she responded promptly and was always very nice. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the listing is that there is an attached mother-in-law suite that was occupied during our stay.

Absolutely perfect!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The house is super clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need for a short or extended stay (including a washer and dryer!). The backyard area is so cute, and the pool is the best after a hot day in the sun. The location is in a quiet, residential neighborhood not far from anything you want to get to in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here!

Beautiful and Quiet!
Angie and Dan's place was gorgeous and very well kept! It was quiet and relaxing for our family (3 and 10 year old boys). The pool was amazing and my boys enjoyed seeing all the frogs and lizards running around. We were able to drive to 6 beaches during our week stay, and particularly enjoyed dinner at Sharkys! Angie was very communicative and promptly replied to all messages. We would definitely stay again on our next trip!

The little details
We had a wonderful time in Venice, and it could not have gone smoother. Attention has been paid to all of the small details from pool toys to beach chairs, nothing was left out. The hosts could not have been easier to work with. We will be staying again in the future.

Home away from home in Venice, Fl.
Staying at Dan and Angela's was truly home away from home. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Loved the pool. Our granddaughters had such a great time they didn't want to leave. Angie responded to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were wonderful and the house was clean and beautifully remodeled. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as the convenience to biking trails and golf. The heated pool and private backyard were an added bonus. Planning to return!

Very Nice Home
Excellent experience. Nicely decorated home with practical layout. While there were just 2 of us, the home is great for 2 couples or couples and children. Lots of room, and home was well-equipped. Great backyard with gas grille and wonderful heated pool. Owner kept checking in, which was appreciated, though there weren't any issues! We'd go back any time.

Retirement vacation
The four of us had a wonderful time in Venus. The house had all the amenities we needed. It was nicely decorated. Very homey. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Dan and Angie are very good hosts.

Perfect Home for Our Family of 5
We loved our stay at this cute little home! Perfect for our family of 5. The backyard was our favorite and we spent hours in the pool! The house is decorated so cute and had everything we needed. Just a short drive to Downtown Venice that has many restaurants and shops. Our favorite beach was Nokomis, clear water and lots of shark teeth. We hope to visit again soon!

Superb place.
This house is in a convenient location and easy to find. It's been tastefully decorated, feels open and light.
The pool is well-kept. There is a bit of road noise -- however, because of the landscaping, you will feel complete privacy here.
The owners have given this place extra touches to make it feel like a luxurious vacation -- roku televisions, bluetooth speaker, plenty of outdoor seating, full size W/D with detergent.
We're planning our next trip and still don't see another place as nice.

Great vacation spot!
We had a really lovely time at Dan and Angie's sweet Florida home. The place is immaculately cleaned; the backyard and (lockable) pool perfect for kids; and a cute neighborhood walkable to parks and the YMCA, with a quick drive to the beach. The owners were available whenever needed, and really nice-- we look forward to returning soon!

Great experience with Dan and Angie. Had some issues with VRBO - they cancelled my reservation for some reason but the host could see I was staying there. Then, I didn’t get the code to the house fromVRBO but luckily Angie was great and very responsive so she told me how to get in.

It Was The Best
If you are considering this property, just book it now; you will not regret it. The home was even better than the photos. The home is thoughtfully stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The lot is huge, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is fantastic. We rented bikes and rode a lot. This is a great area for biking and beaching. Angela was easy to reach, checked on us a time or two; she was really great. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest. Thank you, Angela and Dan, for a fantastic place to vacation!

Don’t miss out on this house
This is a beautiful home! Well taken care of and very clean! We enjoyed the pool and backyard! We’ve been to Venice twice in the last couple months and can’t wait to go back again! We will definitely be coming back to Dan and Angies house!
