Had a wonderful stay here, just what our family needed. Perfect size for me, my husband and two teenagers. Clean and pleasant with friendly hosts. Ocean St location is our favorite spot in Ogunquit, so close to Footbridge Beach that you can go back and forth from the beach all day long.

The property is near to the beach and many activities in Ogunquit and Wells. Elaine was a very accommodating host. It is cozy and private with a lovely breeze through the place. It came fully equipped for a great stay.

Close to beach and restaurants

We again enjoyed the Ogunquit area (been a few times) in this clean, comfortable apartment. The preparation could have been a bit more “magnaminous” by way of normative, anticipated inclusions. (Examples: There was salt and pepper, and someone perhaps left a dry seasoning bottle. We had to immediately buy toilet paper as there was less than 1/3 roll in total and three paper napkins). Onsite owners - maintaining detachment- seemingly leave all to a service number, and clearly preferred that unacknowledged distance as we passed them a few times. TV standard channels and live news were absent or skewed in one direction, but there were other canned, cable options. Otherwise: a very nice place.

We loved Elaine's place. It was clean, airy and comfortable for our group of 3 adults, and a 4th for 1 night. A quick walk to the beach. At least 4 restaurants an equally quick walk away, and we ate outside in the private backyard area almost every night. Equipped with an air conditioner and fans, we were there on some hot days and it was not uncomfortable at all. A great place close to the beach and who doesn't want that?. If your week is available, I suggest booking it ASAP.

This little apartment was adorable, comfortable, and included everything needed for my mother/daughter trip. The owners were very hospitable and attentive to problems with the television. The apartment was close to the ocean and restaurants/attractions in town. It is a great place to stay for a small group of family or friends.

This is a fantastic location with everything you need. The owners were great and accessible if needed. There was an AC unit in the main area and lots of fans. This unit is attached to the owners house with a swing door. There are so many great restaurants to walk to. Only a few minute walk to footbridge beach and quick bike ride to Ogunquit beach. Simple check in and check out process. Great experience and would stay here again!

This property is a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants and bars. An easy walk into the village but just far enough removed from the bustle to be peaceful. The unit was clean and well furnished,attached to the owners home but with separate parking and entrance. Elaine was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out. Would definitely stay again!

We were very happy with the inlaw apt. The 2 bedrooms we prefect for my wife and 2 kids. It was very clean and so close to footbridge Beach. We'd definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Ogunquit. The property was clean and spacious for the three of us. We loved that we were in walking distance to restaurants and Footbridge Beach. We were conveniently located for all the festivities surrounding our son's Navy reenlistment.

Cute and Comfortable
The apartment is just what we'd hope for. It is very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. It's close to the beach and restaurants. The yard is very inviting and great for sitting quietly with a good book!

Ogunquit in the fall
Thoroughly enjoyed the stay in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the foot bridge and ocean beach. Only issue was the need to purchase toilet tissue during our stay as only a partial roll was available in the bathroom.

Very relaxing, great location
It had everything we needed and wanted. It was a pleasant stay and we walked every place from there.
Hot days would be an issue without A/C, however the fans and large windows were a plus. Usually Maine has cool nights!!

Great for beach getaway!
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Ceiling fans keep you cool. Very nice gas grill. A short walk to Footbridge Beach and to some great restaurants on Rte 1. Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking very convenient. Hosts are very nice and very responsive. Take note: there is no oven in the kitchen and "coin operated laundry" in the listing means going to the laundromat in Wells.

Nice accommodations in excellent location, a short walk to Footbridge Beach and near restaurants and other attractions. Hosts were excellent also.

Perfect location!
We had a wonderful week at Elaine’s comfortable home. It was an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the river when the tide was in. Even when the weather wasn’t great, we had fun walking the beach into town and exploring Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and all of downtown Ogunquit. Lots of great restaurants and ice cream within walking distance.

Only has a shower, however that didn't matter to us (all adults) but might is you have little kids.
Would be helpful to leave instructions regarding checkout (didn't know if we needed to strip down beds, etc)

This location can’t be beat!
We had and amazing week with our 3 kids. One of our littles slept in a pack and play otherwise the apartment would have been too small. Perfect for a family of 4. Owners were so kind and sweet to our kids and tolerated our loudness! No oven and no washer and dryer just as a FYI. Otherwise it was a great week!

This place is great for a small family that is looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The house is well equipped with cooking and grilling gadgets, as well as other amenities for a comfortable stay.

A short walk to the ocean and reasonable walk into town was the perfect location I was looking for.
Everyone at the house was warm and welcoming.
Kitchen was adequately supplied.
The only disappointment was entertainment equipment (DVD player, CD player) that did not work.

Great vacation rental
We had an excellent time in Ogunquit thanks to Elaine and her husband. The apartment was well equipped, all functional, tidy and clean. Great location of course, and the Lavoies were very welcoming and kind. Smooth process from start to finish. Thanks again!

A Gem!
My husband, our two teenage daughters and myself just spent the first week of July here. This apartment was meticulous, beautifully maintained, well equiped, comfortable. The apartment is roomy enough for four. However, we did have company for dinner. It was a bit tight for six but, feasible. A Walking distance to the beach. An outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. As well, as a table with an umbrella and chairs for four. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.
The owner Elaine was most accommodating to our requests. We mentioned a lobster pot and she had one waiting for us. We showed up early to the property. Elaine explained that the apartment was not cleaned to her specifications however, we could use the bathroom and change for the beach.
