Easy access to the beach (within driving distance) to Sandy Key Beach. Bed were comfortable, very clean and new. We would come back again!

We really enjoyed the condo, it is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a good location, on the quieter side of town, we enjoy walking so the location was great for us. Spacious balcony to relax on and look out at the bay. We mostly had the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was nice. Spent an afternoon in Dunedin which I would recommend.

All I wanted to do was relax and enjoy my friends and drinks. The view from the balcony was amazing. I can’t wait to book this property again.

We had such a great stay at this property. It was big and open and exactly what we were expecting from the pictures (except even bigger than we thought). The outdoor space was great, and the views phenomenal. We also really appreciated the covered spot that was included since we are not used to that heat and humidity! There were plenty of places to eat and shop, and it was about 10-15 minutes to get over to Pier 60 on foot (which is great since parking is crazy over there). Would definitely recommend!

Everything was as expected. The deck is huge and offers a great view of the intercoastal. The pool area looked great, but we didn’t use it due to weather. I would suggest additional comfortable seating in the great room area. The sectional couch was too small to accommodate more than a few people - we were a total of 4 and it was tight. If you have any more than that, some of your group will be watching tv on a counter stool or dining chair. Would stay here again if back in the area.

The location is quiet, yet close to everything. The condo is beautiful and the balcony overlooking the water was so lovely. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Lots of dishes, updated appliances and a spacious kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place right on the water! Had everything you need for a great vacation. Close enough to walk or short Uber to the action but far enough away so you don’t hear all the noise and you feel like you are truly on vacation. Would definitely recommend this place. Spacious and very well maintained with a beautiful view! Communication with the host was immediate and very helpful.

My three sisters and I stayed at this property for a long weekend in February. The property was perfect for us, close to the beach (within a few minutes walk), close to restaurants and shops, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and drinking our coffee. The property was well equipped, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host, Victoria, was quick to answer any question. I would highly recommend this property.

We are two newly retired couples looking for a clean and quiet place to unwind after beach/sightseeing. This condo was perfect for us! Bedrooms were nicely spaced apart to allow more privacy and the living area was spacious comfy! But we spent most of our time there on the balcony. The view was great and the balcony was a good size. Enjoyed both our morning coffee and evening beverages there. Have already recommended this condo to several friends!

I was pleased with this unit. The location was very convenient and we loved the balcony and the view from there. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There was even a pack and play which was a nice surprise. That should definitely be included in the list of amenities. My only disappointment was the fact that the floors weren't as clean as they should be. The 3 year old child who went barefoot around the condo always had very dirty feet. I would recommend this unit and I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for a weekend when we were in Clearwater-Tampa for a wedding. The place is stylish, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and putt-putt, within walking distance. Everything was updated and in good working condition. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a small pool and hot tub on the property and one covered parking spot. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio had ample outdoor furniture and we enjoyed the view of the water and even spotted multiple dolphins swimming. We think there should be more glassware in the kitchen and nicer beach towels to take to the pool. We were concerned when we first arrived that the AC didn’t work because the control pad had issues but the unit finally did cool down. Otherwise it really was the perfect stay for us and our grown kids.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about our experience! This is an amazing condo with spectacular views! The decor and accommodations inside the condo are top notch and spacious. My family of 5(all adults)had more than enough room to relax and enjoy each others company but also have some space from each other as well. The highlight for us was the outside balcony space! From watching the sunrise to seeing dolphins and a manatee or just enjoying the peaceful view, we didn't want to leave! The proximity to Clearwater Beach and so many amenities are all within walking distance. Such a convenient and perfect spot! The whole experience from booking to checking in and out went seamlessly. We definitely would recommend staying here and we hope to be back!

We travel a fair bit and use a lot of VRBO homes. This was as good as it gets. Everything inside was quality, it was clean, location is fantastic! Once we parked our car we basically walked to everything we wanted for the next three days.. we would definitely recommend and if we were in Clearwater again, it would be a no-brainer

We went to Clearwater to getaway from Pa and it’s cold weather . The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed . The location was perfect . I especially liked being so close to the bridge to Sand Key for my morning walk . The only issue we had was with the front bedroom . The light on the outside of the building is on all night and came through the top of the shades . It would be nice if the light was on a motion sensor or if the entire window was covered with black out shades . Otherwise , we couldn’t be more pleased .

We plan on coming back next year. What a wonderful experience.

Though it's not in the heart of the Clearwater Beach, the property is in a quite location, just off the beaten path. The beach is a short walk away. Nice to open the patio door from the master bedroom in the morning, and enjoy the morning coffee. Quiet pool and hot tub for a morning soak. Overall, a really lovely place.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was so convenient. We could walk almost anywhere. The large patio with the view was great. Only complaint was that it wasn’t as stocked as we would have liked with kitchen supplies but it was still enough to get by. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! It was ideal for a relaxing getaway. The condo was so spacious, spotless and so well appointed. We view from the patio is beautiful and we enjoyed it from morning til sunset. We hope to be back soon!
