We could not have had a better place to stay! Three generations got together for the Billy Joel concert and the weekend was perfect! The townhouse was beautifully decorated, had every amenity you could think of, and had large gathering areas. Grill was provided so we didn’t have to fight the crowds to find a place to eat before the stadium event and the location was a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Thanks again!

We rented the VRBO for a family wedding. The setting was perfect for having an area for the entire family to gather each day (vs. three or four hotel rooms). The place was clean, close to the Notre Dame campus and Brigid made the whole process very easy. We will stay here again the next time we have an ND event.

Good experience all the way from beginning to end. Would just keep an eye on the antlers over the tub in the second floor bathroom. Communication with Brigid was good. In terms of supplies, house was the best supplied of our past VRBO rentals to date.

Visiting the University of Notre Dame with friends and family for the first time. Attended a football game. I can’t say enough about the wonderful property we stayed in. From the get go, Brigid was a willing resource for any questions I had, and stayed in touch via text and email throughout our stay. The property is great and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. Very clean, and has anything someone could want during their stay. No problems whatsoever. The location can’t be beat. Literally a 10 minute walk from the front door to the front gates of Notre Dame football stadium. You won’t find a nicer, more accommodating property for a weekend football game. Local restaurants and attractions are close by and an easy walk or drive. Again, can’t say enough good things about this property and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location in relation to attending sporting event at Notre Dame. Large, clean, comfortable property that I would happily stay at again. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. Very pleased.

We have stayed in several VRBO properties. This one definitely ranks at the top! The home is immaculately clean, well equipped, and beautifully furnished! Too many amenities to list. Brigid's communication was so helpful. And, our visiting UC Bearcats bringing home a win was the icing on the cake! Can not say enough wonderful things! Highly recommend!

Everything about the house was great. Communications with Brigid was easy and prompt. Check in and check out was simple. Location was perfect - close to campus. We were 2 families visiting students at ND for Easter and there was plenty of room for all ages. Definitely recommend this rental.

This townhome was fabulous. The bedroom design was perfect for the 8 adults and 5 children in our group. Very easy drive to all the wedding events we attended at Notre Dame. Brigid was delightful to work with. The house was immaculate and everything was above and beyond our expectations.

First time staying in this awesome townhouse and we will definitely be back! Place is huge (3 stories plus the finished basement!), fully stocked with any and all accessories you might need and looks brand new! Located a short 10 minute walk to campus, this unit also comes with four parking spaces. We had more than enough room for our group of 10. The gathering room features a big screen television and a wet bar! Brigid is great to work with, very responsive and flexible. This townhouse sets a new standard for football weekend accommodations!

Eleven adult members of our family spent the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The kitchen is designed to handle the family dinner which we had both evenings - absolutely perfect for the large gathering. With addition of in-laws the kitchen was filled with happiness. All members of the family had more than adequate bedding.and the location is perfect for any ND activity. In this day and age I would rate this property 5 star plus.

Was an outstanding location for graduation weekend. Accommodating 4 couples and 5 young adult sons and nephews. Layout is great for large group stay and the garage is perfect for hosting. We had catered a Mexican buffet that worked out great allowing graduates and younger siblings to mingle. In lieu of a j-lot pass the garage is a great option for a get together after the game or before. Distance to the library, Joyce pavilion or stadium is an easy 10 minute walk. All of my guests had a very memorable time. Lastly Brigid our host kept me very informed and helped with the room layout, restaurants etc. She is the best! Will definitely stay here again!

Are you are looking for beautiful and spacious accommodations to host family or friend events? Look no further. You have found what I considered perfect! One of the most beautiful homes I have ever been in, you will feel spoiled, have plenty of space to spread out in and have anything & everything you need within the comfort of a home. If Notre Dame is the reason for your visit, you are within a short walk or quick drive to campus...very convenient indeed! The homeowners are wonderful & very easy to get in touch with regarding questions. We will most definitely stay again. We highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect house for entertaining a crowd.

Everyone in our group loved this place - it's modern, clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time just hanging out and enjoying the bar and living room area. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us and everyone had their own bed. Our group has traveled together before and it is difficult to find a place that has all the beds on the main floor or above. Most places for large groups usually have part of the group sleeping on roller beds (or airbeds) in a basement. We were extremely pleased that no-one in our group had to sleep in the basement. Brigid was very helpful just so nice! Everyone wanted to stay an extra day because they liked this condo so much. Just overall fantastic!!

An absolutely perfect townhouse in a perfect location. Literally steps from campus, but still nice and quiet. Couldn't be in a better spot. And I agree with a previous reviewer, the photos don't really do it justice. The home is new, clean (I'm a bit of a neat freak.. trust me, it's spotless) and very comfortable. Brigid was fantastic as well. She went out of her way to make sure our every need was taken care of. The entire rental process was seamless. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic house minutes away from the Notre Dame Campus. We came out from the Northeast for a Notre Dame football game. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything that you need. The sleeping arrangements were spacious very comfortable. Brigid was a pleasure to deal with!!! Cant wait until next year......

This was my first time renting with VRBO and my experience was fantastic. From my correspondence with Brigid to our actual visit and stay it all surpassed my expectations. My 3rd daughter of five children was married at the Basilica the weekend of the October 21st. We are a close family and wanted to stay together for the wedding weekend. The house was magnificent, very spacious for a family of 9 adults and 3 children. All beds were very comfortable and plenty of areas to gather as we prepared for the wedding and to reminisce after the celebration. I would highly recommended the property for football weekends or any family gatherings. It is close to campus and a very safe area. Having spent a lot of weekends in hotels during the years while my daughters were attending ND itt is by far the best way to visit the campus and enjoy time with family and friends during your visit.

This was the perfect location for our group of ND alumni to stay for a weekend. It was close to campus and had plenty of room for 4 couples to stay. For meals there were 12 of us and the table and kitchen were big enough for us to all be together. We really made use of the bar are and the outdoor deck. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and many amenities were available. The owner was very easy to work with and every one enjoyed staying here together very much. I would highly recommend this townhouse and would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful place for our family gathering. Great amenities, comfortable beds, wonderful layout. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The furnishings were top of the line. Easily accommodated our group of 13. So much space. Anything you could ask for was available. The young adults loved the deck and spent a lot of time outside. Will definitely go back again!!
