The location of this house in Edgartown was perfect. The host was very responsive to my questions. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and large enough for the 8 of us. The deck and backyard was a great hangout. Would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and full of charm. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire place was user friendly. Great location with a short walk to Main Street in Edgartown and a short drive to area beaches.

With ages in our group from 3 to 72 it was a perfect property. Multiple bedrooms and baths worked well for us. The house was stocked with an excellent supply of cooking to cleaning items which is not always the case. It made the house very homey. Location was perfect for either walking to a beach, or into town for ice cream or dinner. The owners have made this a great beach house.

Pam's house is located on a peaceful street just a short walk from the center of Edgartown. It is a spacious home that is nicely furnished with a large, well equipped kitchen. It is very well maintained, clean and with comfortable beds, all exactly as described in the listing.

Second time staying at this property. Perfrct location and pet friendly with a fenced in yard made it perfect. Very cozy home with old island vibes. We will be back!

Our family chose an off season visit to Martha’s Vineyard. Communication was prompt and easy throughout. The property was perfectly located for morning walks to the light house and coffee at a little cafe nearby. Shopping of all sorts was nearby as were plenty of restaurant choices. Thé home was well appointed and had everything g we needed for a perfect week.

Home has been lovingly restored and updated for vacationers. Appliances all worked well. We were in town for a family wedding and appreciated the clean home, laundry (including ironing board!) and deck furniture. We were the only family in town who had beach chairs provided, too. Lovely, private yard. Great to stroll into town. Super, hospital hosts. Highly recommend.

Great house and garden. You can feel the history in a good way. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very accommodating. Only note is remember to bring sheets and towels, I almost missed that part of the listing. The kicker is the location though. It was our first time to MV, and when/if we come back we would stay in this same house again. It was quiet as could be at night, and yet we were a couple of minutes walk down to the harbor and main street. Perfect.

We rented this home for our Edgartown wedding weekend. We can't say enough about the property or location. We also brought a dog that was very happy with the totally fenced in spacious yard. Pam was a pleasure to work with and check in/out couldnt have been easier. House is very rustic and cozy, we will be back! Kristina and Joe

This is a terrific property to rent if you want to be at the Vineyard.

We had a great short stay on Marthas Vineyard and staying in this property really was perfect. 6 grown people and a dog were never in each others way, house is very special and OLD in a good way, loved that every room was different, loaded with history. Kitchen is well stocked, back yard is great for our dog or small kids or just relaxing on the deck. We walked every day to the beech and downtown. Would rent again if the opportunity comes up. Host was very flexible and responsive helping us make the most out of poorly timed ferry reservations.

Smack dab in the middle of Edgartown this property is a stones throw from the water, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries and everything else that Edgartown has to offer. It's an older home that has many separate rooms, so the open concept you want with a big group is kind of stunted. But the main dining room is large enough to fit 10 so you can comfortably hang out there or on the HUGE back deck and yard area. The property was thoroughly cleaned and the check in / check out process was super easy. The only negative is the upstairs shower. The water spills out of the tub / shower set up and the shower curtains end up touching you from all directions. But, it's an old home in a classic neighborhood so you're not expecting the Ritz. The home could use an outdoor shower too. Overall, I'd highly recommend and would be back in a heartbeat.

Pam was delightful to work with and arranging our mini-vacation at her home. The property was wonderful. Pictures were very accurate and everything you needed was there. The location was perfect, close to town but very quiet. My family and I look forward to returning next year and for a longer stay.

Loved this house & it’s much larger then it looks! Kitchen is well stocked, has everything you need! The yard is beautiful, large & private. Walking distance to everything... The house is in between Lighthouse beach, the Center of Town & Fuller Beach (the other end of Lighthouse. Our poor host, graciously put up with me & my gazillion requests & questions. We had a lovely time at this rental. With 4 adults, 3 small children, and 1 large dog, and we found the house to be very spacious. The fenced-in yard was huge and perfect for containing our children and dog. The bathrooms have new sinks, as does the kitchen - along with an updated backsplash and countertop. The W/D are quite large, and all of the appliances appeared fairly new. The only thing I would mention is that while most of the house has AC, the kitchen does not, and it was quite warm in there during the afternoon and evening. This was not an issue for us, as we did not cook. We specifically chose this house for its location - close to downtown and all of the wonderful restaurants Edgartown has to offer. The rest of the house was very comfortable with the AC. The house is clean, well cared-for, and had everything we could have needed. The owner was accommodating and responsive. I was quite pleased with the house and recommend it!

The location is excellent. The backyard is beautiful! The kitchen is fully stocked. However, the beds are uncomfortable and there is not enough comfortable seating in the living area.

The location is perfect. You can walk to town and the beach in less than 5 minutes. The property has incredible charm. It is old but it has many updates. All the appliances appear to be new. The property was very clean. It is so much larger than it appears. We had 8 adults and we never felt crowded. The owner always responded quickly and took the time to answer all my questions even if they were trivial. The only suggestion I would make is to add a coffee maker (could only find a keurig machine). However, we did enjoy the walks into town for coffee every morning! My family and I will have fond memories of this property for a very long time. It is truely a special place.
