This property is not fancy, but it is very neat, clean and comfortable. We were very impressed and I would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful girls 5 day vacation. 5 can sleep comfortably in this rental. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and pots and pans. You can walk to the Freezer which is a great place to eat. It was too cold outside for us to enjoy the pool. But we will definitely be back!

It is a little off the beaten path, but we loved the area. The unit was private and easy to get in.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed this little home during our long weekend in Homosassa. We day tripped and snorkeled in Devils Den, did Crystal Springs, the Homosassa wildlife preserve and much more. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. A lot of awesome things to do close by. Flea market, restaurants, State Parks. Etc. would definitely recommend Wallace’s restaurant. And Ice cream place around the corner. Don’t forget the Freezer… love the shrimp. Don’t forget to bring cash when visiting the freezer. Great property.

Outstanding rental property for a couple or small family. Relatively inexpensive compared to other rentals in the area. Owner could not have been nicer. Well maintained and clean inside and out. Very comfortable. Great pool and patio/deck. Kitchen and bathroom has everything you'll need except food. Dining choices in the neighborhood are limited but interesting.The Freezer is a fun seafood bar. Cash only. Good selection of seafood choices at a reasonable price. Cold bottled beer by the bucket. Short walk from the unit. Not far from from more familiar chain and other restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Our first choice when in Homosassa.

If you like a little more country setting this is a great spot very quite spot. If you have heard of “the freezer” it’s walking distance to house will definitely go back also very well priced

This is everything you could want. Pool, outdoor grill, firepit and within walking distance of all the local spots. Owners are super nice and we really enjoyed out stay there. We will book this again.

This property was perfect for our little family’s impromptu vacation. Home owners were present onsite and very polite. No issues at all with the home. We enjoyed the pool and mornings and evenings out on the porch. Area is very quiet and not your typical tourist spot which was great with young kids.

We were beyond pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again. It was a quiet quaint area near a lot of stuff!

I took my mother and aunt to visit their sister for the weekend. It was a very relaxing weekend. The home was very well equipped for our stay. All we needed was to buy our groceries. It was very close to some good restaurants. We are already planning for next year.

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained property. Kitchen stocked with all needed appliances, dishes etc. Owners were wonderful to talk to and get to know on a personal basis, shared their knowledge of Homosassa and surrounding area, recommended various eateries & attractions Socialized with us when we wanted, invited us to join around fire pit, respectful of privacy. Made our stay wonderful by including us with taste tests of local food specialties ie seafood & Cuban sandwiches. Thank you Jan & Duane for everything. Kathy & Ray

The house was just like the pictures and was clean and nice. The pool was clean but not heated so it was a little cool at first. The listing said there was a washer and dryer but there was not one available.

It was truly a delight to stay here . The place was spacious and clean really clean. Had no problems at all was close to everything and brother lived a mile away. Definetly stay again.

Property was great! Well maintained and clean. Duane was gracious and made time to give us a boat ride. Fire pit was a great plus! Location was prime as it was only a couple hundred yards to downtown Homosassa. Can't go wrong with staying here.

What a perfect little place to stay! If you can’t be directly on the water, this is the next best thing. It had everything we needed and the pool was perfect to cool off in after a day on the boat. We never saw the owners except Duane the first and last day and he was pleasant to chat with. We will definitely stay here again!

Home was great we loved it our kids loved the pool!!!! Lots of things nearby to look at and the home owners were sooo nice!!!!

Perfect location right next to bars, restaurants, the river, boat rental, fishing charters in beautiful old Homasassa. Property owner is Licensed Boating Captain Duane Tibbets. Took the hubby out for fishing charter and he really enjoyed the experience. Jan Tibbets is responsive and kind. They live on property but you rarely see them. Apartment was clean, and cute. We loved pool right outside our door. We highly recommend this location and will definitely visit this charming location and it's sweet owners again. Go visit. You won't regret it!

This place was great! Clean and spacious. So much with in walking distance and activities. Will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and close to everything.

This was a comfortable little apartment. However, when we walked in the carpet had an odor and there were two air fresheners I guess to mask the smell. Over all the unit was very clean. The apartment was in a neighborhood and someone was burning their trash which went on for a few hours. The location was good for walking to some restaurants with outdoor seating so that was a plus. But when they say the owners are on sight, they are 20 feet from the apartment we were in. It was a little weird but we didn’t see them much. There are specific instructions for guests to do prior to leaving including taking out the trash, putting all used dishes away, putting all used linen in a central pile, etc. In some ways it would have been easier to stay in a hotel. We left the unit very clean. The fees included the nightly rate, owners fee, service fee, cleaning fee and a damage security fee, none of which you get back. In short I probably would not stay there again because when I’m on vacation and paying for a place to stay, I don’t want a list of instructions to do before I leave.
