The first house was so nice. And when we had a issue with plumbing got moved to the back house so we could continue our vacation. Would rent from you again for sure.

Annual sibling trip to celebrate our mom's 20 year angelversary. This house was perfect, exactly as pictured. Great view, super comfortable beds, well stocked. Walking distance to everything, just steps to the beach, good parking. Finally got BBQ weather on our last night and got to sit out front and watch the waves crash. Amazing trip! Can't wait to come back with my grandbabies in the summer.

My husband and I meet our son and his family for an annual beach trip. This location is perfect as it’s easy to walk the little ones to the beach or the giant slide by the pier. The kitchen is spacious, the home is clean with a nice decor. It’s nice to have a garage to put all the beach apparatus in.

Nice place, but a little tired. Needed a full length mirror somewhere. Good parking.

The house was better than expected. It was very comfortable for the four of us. Easy to walk to everything. The view of the beach and the beach access cannot be beat.

Great property, had a wonderful week, everything in home worked well! Only thing I would add is a plastic dishwashing pan, and a set of pot holders! Minor stuff! Love it!

The location was perfect. The house is walking distance to the beach, pier and the local shops. We really enjoyed exploring and look forward to returning, but we will stay somewhere different. A lot of simple things were overlooked that should be standard when cleaning a property. The sheets in one of the room had makeup stains. In the same room there is an attached bathroom. The faucet for the sink had black gunk hanging from it so we didn't even use the bathroom. There was a wrapper for a menstrual (period) pad on the floor of the bedroom. In a different bathroom there was an empty large garbage bag that was left behind on the floor. I called midway to inform the owner of the issues. The property manager was very apologetic and tried to rectify it. The owner was rude and defensive. The owner only addressed the dirty sheets and said they are professionally laundered so there shouldn't be any stains. Then she randomly recommended some wineries as if to change the topic. When I reminded her of the other garbage left behind, she said we should have told her sooner so they could have done something about it even though we told them when we came upon it. The location is great but there are plenty of other places with an equally great location. I wouldn't stay here again because it wasn't clean, the owner was rude and it felt like she was blaming us for the issues of the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen well stocked, beds incredibly comfortable, smart tv’s easy to use, great view of the ocean. Very likely to return.

The place was clean and in a great location. We didn't have to worry about fighting for parking when heading to the beach or finding places to eat. Even though the grill and the outdoor seating were in the front of the house, it was still nice to hang out there. Check in and check out were easy, and all the supplies were provided. Would go there again!

This property was a perfect stay for my family. We were literally steps away from the beach and a short walk to the pier. The property had everything we needed to make coffee in the morning and cook a quick bite for breakfast. The beds were soo soft and comfy. The washer and dryer was a plus! There are tons of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. Markets and stores are a few exits away.

This three bedroom house with garage parking had a ton of kitchen amenities and was very close to the beach. Great stay in a great town.

This property and location were perfect for our requirements, we were attending the para-surfing world games at Pismo Pier, and one of our occupants was in a wheelchair which worked out really well at this location. The property was clean just as described and we had a fantastic time thank you again

Pros: location to the beach. However you are right across the street from the valet parking for the Vespara Hotel and the parking lot for the sandcastle hotel is right outside the bedroom and living room. Cons: not a good value for the money The bed in the en-suite had 5 inches of memory foam and the sheets were too big so the bed kind of swallowed us up. Very uncomfortable. The king bed comforter smelled sour and unclean. The carpets were dirty. We were required to wash all the dishes AND PUT THEM AWAY before we left. Not only that but we were expected to sweep the floors! Really? On top of paying a cleaning deposit. I worried about the cleanliness of the dishes.

House was clean, stocked and perfect location. Highly recommend and plan to visit again.

We rented this home over Labor Day Weekend and had a wonderful time. The home was beautifully decorated and functioned great for our family. Lots of storage and stocked with everything we need (except beach equipment). I worried the location might be noisy at night since it’s right next to two large upscale hotels and it is also right next to the main boardwalk - but noise was never an issue. It was remarkably quiet at night! I also appreciated that we were able to pull down privacy blinds in the living area at night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Loved staying at this property. We walked to most meals and shopping all week. We walked to the beach and didn’t have to worry if we brought everything since we were so close. Great place to grill out front as well.

This was our second time staying at this beach house. The home is clean and well maintained. It has ample room in the kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds are comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. It's located steps from the beach, pier and restaurants. Parking on the street gets busy and it was great to have a few parking spots on site. We met our son and his family for an extended weekend. The 3 and 5 year old grandkids had an absolute blast!

Location was top. I couldn’t imagine a better place. Quiet, right at the beach and close to restaurants. I would say the floor could have been cleaner. Overall, we had a great experience.

Met here for a long weekend with family from Northern California and we are from San Diego. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed and was furnished perfectly. Being in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants was so nice, we parked our car and only needed to use it once during our stay. We cannot wait to come back and visit the property again.
