Could use an extra comfy dbl bed for 5 & 6 rooms

the pool is not maintained and filthy. the boma has bricks falling off. plugs in the home didn’t work and were loose. the outside area - pool and boma was littered with paper plates, plastic packets, disposable shooter cups and bones half eaten by previous guests. door handles loose, general lack of maintenance. the fans provided in the rooms are 2 pin and no adapter is supplied. 1 of the fans was not working. a home in Zebula and at this price should have AC. generally over priced for what was on offer. this is maybe 3 star

The bedrooms were nice clean and comfortable

The kitchen area needs more attention and the sculley needs needs renovation. It was not clean when we got there the lady only came to clean the next day. There were wet towels hanged all over the chairs. But the cleaning company assisted with that.

Everything except what I mentioned above.

Everything was perfect except that on our arrival the house was not clean and we were told on that day that the housekeepers will not come since it was holiday and we were booked for holidays.. So we had to do the cleaning but we paid for cleaning. I felt it was unfair bcoz we were not told before hand. The house keeper who came on our day of departure was very rude
