The location was incredible my wife was able to turn right and walk down Charles Street to great restaurants and stores or jump into the red line and go to Cambridge and walk Harvard yard! Great staff that was attentive and informative.

Lovely boutique hotel; updated, clean, and great location. Valet parking is convenient. Nothing detrimental but We stayed on a lower floor and could hear the guests above us and our room had almost everything except a mini fridge. Definitely will stay here again.

Location is incredible! Rooms are very cozy. The piped in elevator music in the lobby is a weird choice for such a pretty location, made the property seem a bit dated and non-descript/corporate. I would love for this property to have more of a warm personality of its own. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again because of the location, but the food and vibes would not be such a draw.

What a gem in Boston! I've been to Boston many times and usually stay closer to the Downtown Crossing area. This time we stayed at the Whitney, choosing to try out that part of town. We loved it! Bigger than a boutique hotel, but small enough to feel intimate. Charles St is a great walking street, and we loved the location. The room was on the ground level (actually partly below ground) but was excellent! Well-appointed room, a good amount of space for Boston, and super professional staff. I'll be back when I come back to Boston

Our stay was lovely. The room was ready early and I was given cold refreshments on arrival. The room was small but tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Snacks were provided in the hallway and staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfection. Adorable shops and restaurants right outside the door. Steps away from the Charles River esplanade and a 10 minute walk to the Boston Commons. Perfect hotel for a quick Boston getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It is such a walkable and quaint neighborhood, across the street from the Esplanade and the River. The staff was wonderful and we loved the spaciousness of our corner River view suite with touches of comfort and beauty everywhere. We can’t wait to return!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. From the Tates cookies and sparkling water available, to the water bottles at the end of the night, they really pay attention to small details, making it a great experience. The rooms were clean and roomy. We ended up walking the entire time in Boston since the hotel was at a great location, but if you plan on driving, keep in mind that you have to call ahead of time to access your car. Would definitely stay again!

The Whitney is an absolute jewel. We had a wonderful stay in a gorgeous room in an ideal location. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and everything was immaculately clean. The rooms are perfectly appointed and it felt as though all of the details from toiletries to the clothes steamer were curated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location with so much walkability and beautiful paths behind the hotel on the water. We will definitely stay at the Whitney again!

We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived it was evident that this was a high quality hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is so pretty and comfortable. The restaurant located in the lobby is cozy and has delicious food. They even upgraded our room. The location is very walkable to shopping, the park , and other restaurants. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot recommend the Whitney enough, we were blown away by the friendliness and service of each and every staff member from start to finish. They went above and beyond on a couple requests to cater to a birthday surprise without any hesitation. This hotel is the best in the city without a doubt
