This is a great option for our family in South Pointe. The unit is as pictured and as described in reviews. There was a comfortable duvet on the bed and extra blankets. I use a wheelchair, and Kamran bought a bath seat for the shower, which worked well, and was much appreciated. Our child ended up sleeping on the couch (we just removed the pillows, we did not pull out the bed since it didn't feel comfy - full of metal springs). They did have a pack 'n play in the unit which would be super convenient for younger kids. The unit does feel a bit stuffy since you can't open the windows and the air filter cover at minimum needed a good vacuum/scrubbing and it seemed like the filters were clogged too (though hard to see as they are in the ceiling. I could see a ton of dust on the air grate). I love using a VRBO in a hotel - you know the exact unit you'll get and you get to enjoy all the hotel amenities. Having nothing to do with the unit, I'll mention that I arrived on a Tuesday, asked for the pool lift to be set up, and it took them until Sunday to get it up and *somewhat* working. I asked about it everyday. The manager was friendly about it, but I don't think she ever checked on it herself, so she seemed surprise each day it wasn't working. The pool staff was super friendly and hauled me out of the pool for the 5 days the lift wasn't working. The door/gate from the boardwalk to the pool area was wide open (with no spring to pull the door closed, and no staff to monitor), and many drunk people from the public beach came in to use the bathroom. One girl who had way too much to drink puked all over the bathroom. This made an otherwise family friendly pool experience pretty gross. The hotel needs to keep that door/gate closed so that only people who are hotel guests can come in and use the pool and bathrooms.

Stayed at this property for a last minute trip for some R&R. The unit was very nice and perfect for my stay! I loved having the option to cook and “eat-in” while I stayed. The location was fantastic, and super easy to get to and from the beach. Having the opportunity to utilize the hotel pool, gym, and other amenities was great as well. I will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

The unit was very nice. Property owner answered questions quickly and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. Check in was through the hotel desk and staff was great as well even though we didn’t book through hotel. Very good/easy access to beach at this location.

Great location. Close to lots of fine dining. Kitchen is not well appointed however if you plan to eat in. Limited selection of basic kitchen equipment and cutlery (there where only 2 large spoons - too big to fit into a small yoghurt container!). Chef’s knife (only one!) was cheap and had a broken handle. Mix of unmatching wine and drinking glasses. Windows don’t open and there’s no balcony so you’re forced to breathe 24/7 air con. TV’s are dated and aren’t smart. Freezer ice machine is inoperablem. Beds and pillows are comfortable though !

We have stayed in this unit many times over the years. This year we were delighted with the new furnishings. Gorgeous! We love everything about this property - the location, the view, the kitchen and kitchen equipment, and the pool are highlights. The people at the desk, the bellmen, and the pool staff are pleasant and efficient. Happy hour at the restaurant is a delicious bargain. Can't wait to return.

South of Fifth is our favorite spot and the Bentley hotel is our favorite so when I spotted this listing for the property inside our fave hotel it was a no-brainer! Everything was perfect-clean, stocked, and comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were in the room for our use or you can pay for the Bentley Beach Club service which we did a couple times. Great experience and would definitely stay again!

Away from all of the craziness of South Beach during the week. The weekends get busy, nothing obnoxious like North of Fifth. The staff at hotel are accommodating and extremely pleasant even though you are staying through VRBO. Everything is clean and well maintained by our host. All of the amenities are excellent. This is a great place to relax and unwind. No complaints here.

This was exactly what I was looking for during my South Beach stay. Location is amazing…short walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. The hotel has a heated pool and lounging area. I also loved that there was waiter/waitress service both at the beach and pool offering both drinks and food. Loved the large king size bed and down pillows as well as the large flat screen tv in the bedroom.

What a wonderful property in what we think is the absolute best part of South Beach. The condo itself is lovely and well-appointed. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. The furnishings look brand new and the views from the windows are so peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and lunches, but with so many great restaurants nearby, we went out every night. The neighborhood is very walkable, safe and upscale. It feels like a more “year round” part of South Beach in terms of the vibe. You definitely know you’re in South Beach, but South of Fifth doesn’t feel full of party spots, electronic dance music and “look at me” people (though if you want that, it’s within walking distance). There are many lovely restaurants nearby, and the Hotel concierge is ready with recommendations and willing to make reservations. And being inside the Hilton hotel gives access to incredible amenities such as an amazing health club, full service spa, pool and beach service. The Greek restaurant on the ground floor is delicious! The owner was immediately responsive to the few minor questions we had. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again same time next year!

Beautiful property inside the Bentley Hilton, even nicer in person. Was away from the crazy so nice and quiet yet walkable to everything. The main restaurant downstairs is wonderful. We definitely would stay at this exact location anytime! I did not want to leave! So convenient never even had to reach out to the owner, but we appreciate you and your beautiful property!

We really enjoyed the condo in South Pointe. Very comfortable with great views, very good restaurants close by and pool/ocean at your doorstep. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The area is very quiet but a short walk puts you right in the middle of all the South Beach action. Would highly recommend.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. I suggest an update to the pull-out couch, however, as it was unbearable to sleep on. The Bed in the bedroom was great and very comfortable, but the extra person was uncomfortable.

The condo is located in a hotel. The amenities in the hotel were excellent. The beach is next to the hotel. The south beach (art deco) area was a short walk away. The condo living room furniture needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned.

This was an incredible room at a fantastic location. It is very walkable to so many restaurants and cafes. It is right in the beach, and also the beach front path which is great for jogging and strolls. The beach is beautiful. There is also a beach umbrella in the room which is great to bring with you to the beach. The outdoor pool is beautifully maintained and heated. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available yet no cost right at the pool. You can order food and drinks right at the pool or bring your own. The room had two pack and play cribs, and a cot. This was great for our two kids. The kids loved the pool and the beach, this was a great place for families. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work but we didn’t need it anyway, cell service was fine and we spent almost no waking hours in the apartment. The apartment is very kid friendly with a TV, a desk, and a kitchen table and chairs for snacks. Kitchen is great. Bathroom, including tub and separate shower were clean and worked perfectly. Plenty of bodegas nearby to pick up essentials like sun block, snacks, etc. bedroom was great. Linens and towels were provided. The pool also provides towels for free. The hot tub was great, and very under utilized- we only saw other people there one night out of the 4 nights we went. It was definitely hot, and had a nice non-heated soaking tub adjacent to cool off, and lounge chairs as well. My wife got a great massage at the spa in the hotel. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant at the pool is very good. So basically everything you need for a great vacation.

Very easy to book and reserve

When arriving they could not find our reservations. Had to call Vrbo contact on file and eventually they found it when I handed the phone to the receptionist. First night didn’t have any blankets and bedroom TV was not working. Sent a message to the Vrbo contact and he states blankets were in the closet and have a TV repair guy will come out the following day and inspect the issue. When looking in closet nothing but sheets were found so we messaged him back telling him none were found. We slept with sheets the first night and no blankets. The following day we were sight seeing but by that evening still heard nothing and had no blankets in the room. Had to reach out again to the Vrbo contact and the answer we received was the blankets were still in the washer that’s why they weren’t in the closet. By the second day late evening someone finally brought up blankets before we went to bed. In regards to the TV he mentioned the TV works in the living area but bad signal in the bedroom. We unfortunately had to reach out multiple times and never had any follow ups unless we reached out prior. I wish we had a more smoother experience with our room. From finding our reservation to having proper items you expect when renting/booking a unit in south beach.

Great location, clean and spacious. We loved the beach and restaurants close by. Services were pricey but worth it.

Great location, able to walk to marina, shopping, restaurants and beach. Easy access to beach with chairs available for day rental. Hotel employees are extremely helpful and the restaurant has great breakfast. Condo was large enough for our family of four with two teenagers. Only slight issue is that the condo provides towels, sheets and pillows but no blankets for the beds. No fans but AC works well and kept unit plenty cold.

My wife and I have rented rooms directly from the Hilton Bentley South Pointe 3 times. This is the first time we rented from an owner and never knew that some rooms at the property are owned by individuals. We are mid to upper 50's and love the location. All of our favorite restuarants are within a 5 minute walk. 5 blocks to the craziness that is South Beach but not in the thick of it, which we like. It is about a 7 to 8 minute walk to the heart of South Beach on Ocean drive. The boardwalk right outside the property. Kamran the owner was very attentive. We arrived in Miami early AM and Kamran allowed us to check in about 11:00 AM. Once in the room, the coffee maker is a standard Hilton hotel coffee maker with speical coffee "pods" which you can't buy anywhere. Kamran made arrangements with the hotel to deliver the type of pods required for the coffee maker. While the furnishing are not as nice as the Hilton Bentley rooms we have stayed in, we will definitely try to stay in unit 806 again.
