Absolutely THE best!!

We stay here every year and it never disappoints. Terrific location in the heart of Carmel. Beautifully designed and modern penthouse with lots of natural light. It's a very happy place.

Third stay here - it''s just the best place to stay in Carmel. Everything that you could need - very tastefully done and obviously a great location and parking space.

Great setup for our family and toddler. Perfect location in the middle of everything. Parking with elevator was a real plus. The place was in great condition.

We rented this property for a weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday and host a birthday party for her. The property is extremely comfortable - just like home! It is well suited for family gatherings and small parties. The kitchen is a caterer's dream and the bar area is perfect for a bartender to work. This particular weekend was a sunny 70 degrees weekend which allowed the doors to the rooftop patio to be open and people to flow through the apartment and onto the patio freely. Alex and his staff were easy to work with and helpful in making the party a huge success.

This property boasts an exceptional location and is beautifully crafted and equipped to make your Carmel vacation highly memorable. The gourmet kitchen is amazing for cooking meals or just sipping morning coffee while chatting with your friends or family about the wonderful things California's central coast has to offer. There is a great market across the street to acquire food and wine comforts. The property manager is very accessible and easy to work with. We will be back!

We booked the Gardens for our 50th anniversary celebration. It was everything we hoped it would be. The home is spectacular, location is steps from some of our favorite restaurants and private parking in downtown Carmel is a huge plus. The property is very spacious and very private. We hope to come back again soon

Stayed for Pebble Beach Car Week. From the start to the end Alex was an excellent communicator, very accommodating, and instilled confidence we were going to have a great stay. He did not disappoint! The residence is spectacular. Well appointed, clean, and high quality. Fabulous location. The roof top is spectacular. A special place that we look forward to coming back to! This condo is as beautiful as the pictures, the location in Carmel is perfect, walking distance to everything, and the property manager made it all so easy! Just want you want on your vacation.

Exceeds expectation! We parked in public parking around the corner because of the size of our vehicles but it was no inconvenience at all. The patio views are great and proved to be our nightly “hangout”. The detail inside is beautiful. We will definitely be here again.

This property is absolutely beautiful. Best of all it’s located right in the heart of town, a block off Ocean, a block from Bicyclette Restaurant, our favorite, and close to all the restaurants and shops. You park in the underneath garage and take the elevator to the top which opens right into your unit. I can’t imagine a more beautiful space. We didn’t want to leave to visit the town! It’s was great for a family reunion. To get to the 3rd, bedroom from inside the unit, you have to walk thru the Master bedroom. That could be awkward, but to avoid that, the person staying in that room can take stairs from a separate outside back entrance and use the spare keys. The property was well stocked with anything you might need. We were given 2 bottles of wine from the winery below along with a free tasting. Alex, the property manager was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay again on a future visit!

It is hard to follow up Carneros Resort in Napa with just about anything but this was an amazing stay for couples who want to be steps from all the shops and restaurants. The La Cornue is oven was a nice little perk as was the grill on the porch. Everything was so easy from check in to check out to the elevator that opens in the apartment from the gated garage. We will definitely be back.

Second time at the property. Alex was friendly as always, with a welcome bottle of wine again. Great location, great rooftop, great BBQ. Great steaks and restaurants right around the corner and wine tasting just downstairs.

This apartment is magnificent. We had 5 adults. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful. Alex is a wonderful host. Best location. Walking distance to everything. Would go back in a heart beat! Thanks Alex!

Welcoming, warm and luxurious place with plenty of space and privacy for our family

A very well-appointed spot! The veranda is wonderful, the kitchen is big and spotless. The rooms were spacious. The host was communicative, and the WiFi worked well. But the best thing about it is the location. Everywhere I had booked for dinner, lunch, and wine tastings was within a 5 minute walk. My sister and I jogged down to the beach a few times. Two things to keep in mind: 1. One of the bedrooms is only accessible through the master. No separate entrance. 2. The incredible location has one down side, which is that on Friday night, a rowdy group of partiers woke us up. There’s not a lot of sound insulation, and the apartment is right in town, near all the restaurants and bars. So bring earplugs if you’re staying over a weekend!

The location is perfect for Carmel. Lots of walking, lots of restaurants, interesting shops, great access to beach. I'm sure we could have ventured farther, and may do so in the future. The ambiance of the apartment is tops. Great bedding, comfy furnishings. top quality appliances. The bathrooms are spotless and especially attractive. This place is high end all around and looks as good or better than the photos. The outdoor deck is spacious & sunny with nice outdoor furnishings, a great grill. It's fun to look out over the walls at Carmel and its strollers. It's also very quiet at night. This place is superb. Even has parking for 2 cars. Thanks to Alex for making it simple & easy to get in and start our holiday on a gracious note.

Right in the heart of all the action in Carmel. A minute or two away from all of the great tasting rooms, restaurants, galleries, and shopping that Carmel offers. Ten minute walk to the beach. Outdoor space on the property is great for evening star gazing, people watching, and wine drinking.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights with our family. The location was perfection! The house was stocked with everything you could hope to have and it was spotless when we arrived. The unit is spacious and beautiful. We felt a bit like we were abroad with the location and Juliette balconies throughout. Alex was responsive and a wonderful concierge. We cannot wait to visit again. Worth every penny!

Super stay! Everything we needed and right in downtown Carmel! Location is amazing but a bit noisy at times , worth the trade off for such a lovely flat!!

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this property in Carmel. The place is very nice - much bigger in person. Everything is new and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I can't imagine staying in a better location in Carmel-By-The-Sea as we were within walking distance to everything. The property manager, Alex, was very nice and professional throughout the process - he is the kind of person you want to do business with all the time. We will 100% return to Carmel and plan our future travel dates around this property's availability. Great VRBO property and rental experience - can't go wrong renting this place and/or working with Alex.
