The couch, living room chairs and duvet covers could use a good shampooing but overall great house, location and setup. We struggled to connect with the owner when we couldn’t get the temp regulated in unseasonably warm temps.

Birthday trip that included four (4) adult couples. House is absolutely beautiful! Very,very clean (I'm a freak about that). Rooftop deck is awesome. Great and quick communication with Dallas on any and all questions. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 8 women, college roommate ! The house was perfect, beautiful 3 levels more then enough space and beds! The roof deck was a great plus to the home. The host was amazing with a early check in and answered all our questions and gave us great suggestions for the area!!

This stay was the perfect spot for a larger bachelorette group. Plenty of places for everyone to have a bed and bathrooms for getting ready with 14 women. The place was absolutely beautiful and only short trip to Broadway and to the airport. We spent a lot of time at the house and enjoyed the upstairs patio in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet and in a safe location. Dallas was a great host, thank you so much!

This house was amazing for our 15 person girls trip! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house is beautiful and very clean. The location was amazing, we were just a few minutes in an Uber from 12 South, Broadway and walkable to Oktoberfest! Perfect location and our host was GREAT with communication! One of our favorites was the rooftop space with the fire pit. We loved coffee there in the mornings and cocktails before we went out at night. It was such a great bonus to the already beautiful home! Thank you for hosting us. We had an incredible trip!

The property was wonderfully located near all the best parts of Nashville. It was easy to get downtown to the store, the market and many Nashville restaurants. The home was beautiful, mych looked new and definitely well maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. The home was comfortable and very nice. Our only concern was the bed count and having enough bedding. There were 13 of us and there was not enough beds for our group. Most of the twins had trundles, so we were able to move mattresses around so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep! Unfortunately not all the trundle had sheet or blanket sets. We did have to put one bed together as the frame was in the closet and purchase a couple of sheet sets. The owner agreed to reimburse us, but we decided to rake the sheets with us! I would recommend this house to big groups, but first confirm the beds as needed for your group.

The house was fantastic! So clean and so pretty. So much space for our large group. The rooftop was amazing and Dallas let us check in early and check out late.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party and overall we had a great stay with one exception. The house was beautiful and clean and great communication with the owner and he allowed us early check in which was so nice! Easy location to Broadway! The only complaint was a group of male neighbors who were video taping us in their apartment building (from the windows and from their deck) for over an hour when the group of girls was out on the roofdeck. We had asked them to stop video taping us but they continued. We even threatened to call the police so they would stop. Very sketchy and unsettling so just be careful and aware of that.

It was a very comfortable stay for a big group. The house is nice. Not close to downtown but we hired a shuttle nd took ubers/taxis. We had a great stay. Dallas/Property owner let us check in early and we appreciated that, since it was a short weekend trip.

All 14 ladies loved the house! Comfy couch and beds. We were able to walk to breakfast in the Gulch. Chose not to walk at night. Short Uber ride to downtown and Gulch.

Modern property with plenty of space. Awesome rooftop. Easy Uber ride to downtown. Neighborhood is up and coming so not the best for walking, but still had everything.

The house was perfect! Clean and beautifully decorated, the best part for our group was the quality mattresses in every room! We had a group of 8- our adult children and spouses and there was more than enough room for everyone and with beds left to spare! Dallas was amazing to work with and easily accessible at all times with answers to any questions I had! We will be back to Nashville and stay in the house again! Super convenient!

Renters Beware!! We stayed here for a bachelorette party. Upon arriving we had to wait over an hour to get into the house. Dallas the owner had not yet given us the code to enter the door. Once we received the code the code would not unlock the door…. Phone call after phone call we finally reached the owner Dallas whom was very “short and annoyed with us” he tried to tell us the code was 4 numbers long and then later changed it to 5 numbers. Once we entered the house it seemed nice until we pulled down the sheets in the master bedroom and there was black hair everywhere. The microwave did not work and there was a large hole in the floor in the kitchen underneath the cabinet, which we tried to close ourselves (we were concerned something would crawl up through it) Fast forward to us leaving we received a message from the owner Dallas saying we were being charged an extra cleaning fee in which was a unbelievable amount. We had left that place cleaner than when we found it considering we had to wash sheets before sleeping. When he was asked for proof of us leaving the house a disaster he sent 4 pictures of small amount of glitter… all of which a vacuum would be able to quickly clean up. I would NOT recommend wasting your time with this property! Save yourself TIME and MONEY!

First of all the communication with Dallas was terrible. I messaged him asking him if we could bring luggage to the house because our flight was coming in really early. He wrote back and said "yes". I messaged him on VRBO, texted, and called several times on the day of arrival. Never contacted me back until AFTER the check in time. When he finally did answer the phone he was rude, acted like I was bothering him. There are cameras inside and outside everywhere at this property. The block that this house is on is in a very bad part of town. Two homeless people were sleeping on an abadoned couch at the neighbors backyard. Homeless people are everywhere near this home. Construction went on for two days when were there, loud jackhammers. Smoke detector is missing by the downstairs bedroom. All of the walls in this house are dirty and scratched up. Kitchen stool is broken. Microwave does not work. Ice maker does not work. The water pressure in the entire house was TERRIBLE. In the downstairs main bedroom the sheets were not clean and smelled like womens perfume. Tiles missing on kitchen floor by the vents. The upstairs balcony has several boards that are popped up. The upstairs bedroom with attached bathroom has a broken bathtub, it is so squeaky and loud when you stand on it, feels like it is loose. The kitchen faucet spins completely around it is not attached to the counter. I took video/pictures of everything that was wrong and broken in this house. It is too far from downtown. The description given for this listing is false.

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for four couples to celebrate a 60th birthday! We did assume that each couple would have a full bath but 2 of the 5 bathrooms are only half baths. We were able to share showers so we made it work. The house was neat and clean and tastefully decorated. The rooftop patio with propane fire pit is a great place to hang out. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Weather didn’t allow us to try walking. Fun weekend in Nashville!

Celebrated my sisters 60th Birthday in Nashville great place to stay. Roof top patio bar was a great gathering place at the house.

Came here with co workers from all over as a team building event. There were 13 of us. We all agreed the house was perfect!! Very clean, comfortable beds, and great location! Highly recommend this house for big groups!

The house was amazing! It was spacious and clean. The perfect location. We loved the outdated spaces.

Pros: ~The Deck is fabulous. A great place to hang out with friends. ~Location is close to downtown but not right on top of the Broadway craziness. ~Lots of room to spread out. ~Kitchen pretty well stocked. ~Beds are comfortable. ~Tankless water heater so you don't run out of hot water with a big group. Cons: ~Several items in Kitchen need replaced. Toaster only works if you hold the tab down during toasting and the handle is broken off. Microwave did not work. Kitchen sink disposal is questionable. ~Trundle beds need to have screws tightened. They are falling out and the beds are a little rickety. ~While the Tankless is great, you will need to really run the water for a while to get it to heat. ~3rd floor bathroom marked as out of order. ~Beer cans and plastic cups left from previous group on the deck. ~Connecting with property management is rough. They take a long time to get back to you on payment questions and check in details. Not particularly easy to work with and referred me back to VRBO call center but never available when VRBO called to fix the issues. Overall, we had a great time, despite the poor communication issues and the house is fun for a big group. I would recommend the property, but beware of the communication issues.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Stayed here for my cousin’s bachelor weekend. Great location and awesome amenities. Dallas was a great host!

We had an ok stay here while here. Place was dirty and a few items were broken when we arrived (the back door lock was broke so the house was unlocked the whole time and the dishwasher was broke, too). That was fine, though. What wasn’t fine was that prior to booking, I messaged Dallas to inquire about extra fees for any guests above 8. He asked how many were in our group. I said approximately 12. He said no problem, I won’t charge you extra guest fee. After we checked out, he asked how many stayed. I was honest and told him 13. He then automatically charged my credit card $500 for extra people above 8 and an extra cleaning fee (although we had already paid a cleaning fee upon booking). When I contacted him and showed him our agreement about not charging extra, he didn’t bother to respond after multiple attempts and sending him screenshots of our conversation. I had to dispute the charges with VRBO and my credit card company. I also provided the screenshots to VRBO. VRBO said charges like those were not permitted and the owner had produced no evidence to dispute my evidence. So, I received a refund. So, renter beware, I saw at least one other review where the exact same type of bogus charge happened to another group. I guess the owner didn’t expect me to fight it so he could make another $500. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, well taken care, snd the location was so close to downtown. Next time I’m in Nashville, I’m staying here again! We loved it.

Beautiful house with all the items you need for a wonderful stay. There were only 6 of us so plenty of room. Each bedroom outside of the Master had plenty of beds. Master on first floor, 2 bedrooms on second and 3rd floor had mini kitchen for entertaining and 3 trundle beds. The rooftop patio was nice and great for entertaining. Easy Uber to downtown, airport, and broadway. Perfect home for our get away.

Overall, 5 stars for the property, owner and city. Dallas was easy to work with, quick to respond through the app and was also available by phone. House was perfectly set up, clean, organized, and the AC worked amazingly which can be a big factor in Nashville if it’s high humidity. The farmers market was open daily, couple blocks walk, safe and easy. Excellent foods, and local items there. The location was also perfect for our TOP Golf experience and the pontoon saloon excursions we partook in. Great amenities, and would highly recommend this property for anyone. Beds were all excellent, easy and clean. Bathrooms great! Kitchen, easy to work in and the group was left smiling and satisfied.

We absolutely loved this home for my bachelorette party. There was plenty of room for all the girls (13 of us) and everyone had their own bed. Many beds leftover. The common area was perfect for us all getting to chat and have meals together. The owner was so so accommodating and let us check out late and leave our luggage until our flight later in the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had 12 girls stay for a 50th birthday. There was tons of room for us. Rooftop deck was perfect for a private concert. The owner was great to work with (letting us in early and giving us a late check out.)

The house was everything they said it would be. It was great for a large group, near restaurants and bars. The common space was comfortable and large for dinners and hanging out. The outside area did not disappoint. Everything about this property was exceptional.
