Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and comfy beds. Comfortable apartment to stay while travelling. We appreciated also the equipment such as washing machine and dryer.

There is no 24/7 check-in, however it was feasible to do the check-in till 6:30pm. Self-check in would be more convenient for late arrivals.

Beautiful layout and amenities, location, and the porch was really nice. Loved the setup of the room, and ample kitchen and laundry area. Good location on island to visit more rural attractions within close proximity.

The location was great. It was walking distance to cafes and convenience stores.

Great location, not very busy, check in was smooth with some English speakers and very gracious Japanese-speaking staff, who tolerated our terrible Japanese! Rooms were very well equipped sans cooking utensils (our room had 2 plastic spoons, 2 tumblers, 2 plates, and 2 mugs). Everything was spotlessly clean and as advertised. Towel drop-off occurred very often, so much so, we had to just store the extra bags on the bathroom shelves. Fridge is smaller than standard western sizing, but larger than a bar fridge. Sufficient for a small amount of food, snacks, drinks and ice-cream. Effective and thoughtful lighting placement, AC was very useful to have on cooler nights. Quiet location, we didn't have noisy neighbours during our stay, which was great. Street noise minimal.

For the price you pay, you really can't expect a 5-star experience! But, the following may be a little cumbersome, so be mindful before booking: 1. Lack of elevators may be tiring for those with babies, heavy luggage, and/or mobility issues 2. The outdoor car park is pretty much a free for all, while they allocated us a spot, some people just parked their car in ours and we ended up having to park on the street 3. The beds are uncomfortable, short, and extremely noisy (as other reviewers have noted). The bedframe is so creaky, I was concerned I'd wake my partner if I shifted in the night. So, if you are travelling as a couple, are a light sleeper, or are on the taller side, this may be an issue. 4. I know the space is small, but having one chair in the room is a bit strange. Perhaps provide fold up chairs in the cupboard for guests to use (so they don't have to sit on the bed to eat!)

I was able to check-in and out easily even though we came late after the staff left and left before they arrived.

It was a little confusing understanding how the key worked at first, but once we read the instructions we were able to understand.

The apartment was located right next to two convenience stores and very close to pineapple park and fruits land. The washer and dryer machines were very convenient and we could park our scooters under the staircase outside. The front desk check-in was straight forward and easy. The appliances were up to date and the room was modern.

The location is hard to get to without a car or scooter. There are not too many restaurants in the area. The beds were a little firmer than I'd like. Laundry detergent was not free. The kitchen was not well equipped.
