The beach, the pool area and the view from my room were lovely. The location was good, it was a quiet area and less developed than other parts of Okinawa. If you have a car, this is a great location from which to explore the whole island both north and south

My room although it had a lovely view and was a good size, was very dated and smelled musty. I realised too late that the premier rooms have been refurbished so suggest if you can afford to pay a bit more, book one of these rooms. It will make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast was good, but a bit crowded…going off peak times is suggested. Not a lot of options for dinner in the hotel if you don’t want to pay $$$ and no bar for evening drinks. If you don’t have a vehicle you may find the location of the hotel a bit isolated.

非常好的地理位置，非常轻松，舒适的度假酒店，服务员的服务非常不错。

Hübsche Gärten und Poollandschaft Sauberer Privat-Strand Freundliches und angenehmes Spa Viele Shops und kleiner Supermarkt im Hotel Nähe zur Foodmall (fußläufig 5min) Französisches Restaurant und Hana Restaurant haben eine tolle und große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Nicht alle Restaurants hatten geöffnet. Das Hana-Buffetrestaurant bietet exakt das gleiche Angebot jeden Abend an. Etwas langweilig und wenig Auswahl ohne Fisch. Die Restaurants sind für die Auswahl sehr teuer.

Lage

Lage ist gut, Personal spricht kein Englisch was sehr nervenaufreibend ist, nach putzen des Zimmers Toilette immer noch nicht sauber, kein Zimmerservice, keine Flexibilität (wenn Restaurant morgens noch nicht geöffnet, dann gibt es halt auch kein Kaffee, abends ab 21 Uhr nach Schließung Restaurant kein Essen und nichts mehr), Uber wird abgeschalten damit teuere Taxis immer nur vom Hotel geholt werden, eine Dame die Praktikum macht, konnte englisch und hat einiges zumindest gut machen können, aber ist nur eine Ausnahme bzw. Glücksfall, das Bett ist katastrophal, zu hart und ich habe Tage lang nicht schlafen können wegen Rückenschmerzen

ホテル自体の雰囲気が良く、お部屋も広い。 朝食も種類が多く美味しいです。 ベルの方はとても親切でした！

チェックイン時の担当の方の声が小さくてあまり聞こえなかったのか、説明が不十分でした。

Liegt ein wenig ab vom Schuss. Taxifahrten sind ein Muss.

公共設施維護的非常好，看不出來已經是歷史悠久的飯店。

房間一些細節的乾淨度可以再加強，雖然不是常用的地方，例如立燈、床架裝飾凹槽、吊扇等會有明顯灰塵。但整體而言的整潔度仍然不錯。

年末年始のビンゴ大会が長時間並んでいたにもかかわらず、売り切れて買えなかった。リムジンバスの本数が少なく、利用できない。

The room was big and comfortable; Breakfast had good quality and a wide variety (including local specialties); Some few areas are nicely decorated (the main lobby and the lounge, for example)

Well, where should I start? Information in English was often non existing, and only a few employees were able to communicate in English (although most tried to be helpful); There’s not a single bar where one can sit and have a drink after dinner (the lounge would be the perfect location); No transfer service available; Beach towels weren’t much bigger than hand towels; The beach closed very early; The beach bar is a joke (very poor food and drinks); The rooms are worn out and outdated; Food selection isn’t great overall, and food is expensive; Definitely not a 5-star hotel by any standards…

It’s awesome! The view from the room was so great. There are three restaurants that you can choose. We went to two of them and all food was really delicious.

but it doesn’t work public pool! That’s a had a point of this resort! Whoever didn’t tell me May14-17 it doesn’t work a pool! I’ve still stressed now! I want to cashback! We are went to a lot of beach! Nikko’s beach is not clear and it’s unneccessary dor us! We want just a pool!

Everything was perfect.its a paradise.u feel like u r in heaven.the beach is so clean...white sand...kids can do fishing also....the relation pool was beautiful and literally relaxing....steam bath was icing on the cake.... the restaurant staff was lovely, helpful,welcoming and best of all.the food was finger licking good. There are shops for gifting,daily needs,and luxury items... The shop in the basement -"diya: is very resourceful..if u need milk or other staples. There is an activity centre also..where kids can paint and take away their work also. Room was very big and sea facing...at night the lights made the view even amazing.
