Unable to get towels for the pool from front desk, not enough were left in the room based on guest numbers entered during booking. Burnt out lights in kitchen.

I have mobility issues - no safety handrails in tub/shower(dangerous) there was a peice of slate flooring missing in kitchen trip hazard - all ceiling lights in kitchen were burned out difficult to see when cooking in evening - not enough towels (washed every night for use at swimming pools although convenient to have in suite washer & dryer)

We loved the mountain view from our suite. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in is very clean and very spacious. The unit has a very large living room and is equipped with a kitchen and a lot of utensils which is very convenient. Highly recommend this place for a family or a group of friends to stay at for vacation in Canmore/Banff and the surrounding areas!

Convenient location，hot pool！

the location was very hard to find with out the name of the building, and the T.V. didn't work, Sandra , came and spent her time trying to get it to work until she took the box from the T.V. in the bedroom to get the living room T.V. to work

the time wasted to enjoy the place because of the lack of the T.V .not working

Beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was quite stocked with the little things so that was helpful when you are trying to make a meal. Th bbq was great to use on the patio.

Our parking spot was opposite of where the condo was located.

The condo was just what we were looking for! We looked for a place we could have family quality time. Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, generously stacked with shampoos, soap, towels, washing machine detergent, tea, coffee.. And above all, Sandra responded very quickly to any requests or questions we had!

The condo was spacious, great location. The pool area is large and we had so much fun with the pool and waterside.

the room was self serve... no house keeping and i got a message at 1105 even tho check out was 11 to take out all the garbage and do the dishes before we left...not sure about cleaning on vacation when you pay $400 just about for two nights. there was construction on the room above on a sunday night and there is no construction allowed on sundays. i let the owners know and never got a response so the front desk had to call security, the tv was difficult to work the wifi was in and out the parking spot was on the other side of the building which with kids was a pain. there was two rolls of toilett paper and six towels for two days for five people. the bar staff was rude when i wanted a quick drink at the bar while waiting for a cab i was the only one at the bar and i had to ask for him to help me. $11 for a glass of wine to be treated like that was kind of shocking. will not be back. no dressers or chairs in bedrooms to put stuff on so clothes ended up all over the floor with the kids it wod have been nice to have a small dresser or bigger side tables.

Pool area was spectacular, clean well decorated suite, well equipped, easy access to canmore amenities. Definitely will visit this place again.

Cable box was intermittent and would randomly reset. Only guests it affected were the kids during quiet time before bed.

Well kept and clean place. The corner unit had beautiful views of the mountains. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

The master bedroom was little cold at night, but nothing an extra blanket can't fix!

The condo is very spacious. The unit was perfect as we were at the very end and had more privacy. Location was perfect as it was walking distance to all the activities we wanted to complete.

It wasn't as clean as it could of been. Crackers and crumbs came out of the sofa bed when we were setting it up..another thing we hope one day the resort can set up a time as "adults only" for the pool and hot tub time, probably due to the time we decided to stay, but it was way over packed with kids at all times.
