House, pool, beach are wonderful. Location on VRBO is entirely wrong. House is 15-20 minutes south of town. Only complaint is some of the appliances didn’t work. Overall great family vacation spot.

We selected the property for our annual Law Firm Team Building Retreat. The bedrooms were spacious and surprisingly quiet. You could not hear things going on in other parts of house - - which was nice. Housekeeping arrived daily around 10:00 am and they tend to take a few hours, so if you are planning a quiet day inside, just be aware. We hired Sandra's Kitchen to prepare meals for us, which was very enjoyable. Access into the ocean was easy and everyone enjoyed the pools. We could not figure out how to get the hot tub in Villa Eden heated (assuming it has that capability) Our visit was accompanied by some pretty severe thunderstorms on one of the days and we did notice a couple of small leaks.... nothing that diminished our enjoyment. There was a couple of issues with showers and drainage but housekeeping and some " Mexican Draino" fixed that. The property was great and enjoyed by all - - the only negative was the Wi-Fi in Villa Sara did not work. I was advised the storm may have blown over the "reception antenna" (whatever that is) ...but, we made do.

We celebrated my 40th birthday and booked both villa Sara and Eden. Stunning properties. Property manager was always a phone call away. Great snorkeling right on property. Great for all ages. We will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. It’s so wonderful that they come and clean and wash towels every day. The host was easy to get a hold of and anything we had a problem with, they were able to assist with quickly. The chef was also very accommodating. It’s amazing to be right off the ocean, it’s a great spot for snorkeling! I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Family vacation for 17 of us, ages 20 to 83. We rented both Villa Eden and Villa Sara and the homes were immaculate, roomy, and comfortable. And everyone was so attentive to our needs and gracious & kind. Sandra's Kitchen provided our meal service the entire stay and the food and chefs were outstanding. Fulvio, Sandra, Noel, Victor, Mariel, Lucy and the entire household staf made this trip one of most memorable. Thank you, Ronen, for creating such a wonderful place to vacation!!

Our stay at Villa Eden and Sara were phenomenal! Ronen and Fulvio have created an oasis that simply takes your breath away. With daily house keeping the villas stayed clean. Fulvio's presence made it easy to ask questions and get recommendations for activities on the island. An incredible stay!
