Friendly clean and very comfortable

Needs a bit of tlc in the bathroom.

Location was ideal. Rooms offered comfort, space and cleanliness

Reception, dinner and restaurant manager was amazing. Very helpful as we had to phone in for food from the train as it was delayed by 90 minutes.

Breakfast host was unhelpful, functional at best, and lacked warmth or interest in people. Service was basic and ticked a box.

Comfortable, good value for money and conveniently located on the edge of Warrington town centre, a short walk from the main railway station. Breakfast, served in the adjacent pub, was tasty, plentiful and good value for money

The entire stay was amazing as our and the restaurant across the way looked after us as best they could and made the Santa and Christmas experience for our 2 boys magical

Cheap & cheerful accommodation which I always choose if I can - ideal location for work. Everything so near & handy. Comfortable and usually quiet. Wifi is good. Breakfast & evening meal always great. Safe secure parking. Staff are always very friendly. Definitely my no. 1 choice of places to stay when I'm in Warrington.

The shower pressure has been pretty poor on my last couple of stays.

Had a fantastic stay food is lovely and so is breakfast. Staff are very helpful and friendly especially oldie he is a lovely person and very professional at what he does. He should be made manager.

The hallways need cleaning and paint work could be better

The hotel was good for the price and it had a car park. The bar/restaurant was just next door so easy to access.

This hotel is an old Premier Inn. It's tired and worn and dated. Clean and tidy, but bang average. Way overpriced for the accomodation on offer

The most disgusting bathroom I've seen for years. I've ripped out better bathrooms in dilapidated house refurbishments! Check out was brief, no ask "was everything OK". Food in pub opposite was OK but the staff in there were mostly dire. The bar staff are the most inefficient crew I've ever had to stand and watch. Hopeless. The welcome at breakfast was "Room number". Would get a better greeting in Prison I reckon.

Apparently the receptionist said our booking did not include breakfast, but our email from Booking.com stated otherwise. She moaned saying they would be losing £80 for 8 breakfast over the two days and sent a email to Booking.com stating this. But there was only 3 of us because the 4th guest didn't want to come last minute. So there was me, my husband and our 9 year old Foster daughter. So getting breakfast was an ordeal having to explain ourselves several times over the mix up.

The room, especially the bathroom was very dated and was really in need of a revamp. The shower head was fixed and not very good for a black child with braids who can't get her hair wet. She had a bath instead. But an adjustable shower head would of been good. The beds were comfy though.

The room was extremely basic but was clean. Bed was comfy.

there were no sockets next to the bed or around it. no wifi either or instructions on how to join a wifi hookup. for a hotel aimed at employees this is definitely something that should be available. I asked the receptionist for an iron and she handed me a stained iron with the wires damaged (this was the best condition iron they had). Considering the high price for the room and included no breakfast - would not recommend this hotel. Much better facilities in a travelodge/premier inn
