It was a very pleasant place to stay

That you had everything you need within a few step and didn’t have to share.
Just could hear people in other parts of the house abit too much

Very comfy bed. Compact but totally liveable room (room 5)
Plenty of tea and coffee.
Parking was OK outside the property.
Good Internet
TV a bit of a faff to get the channels if you like that sort of thing. I had my iPad as most people do so it wasn't a problem for me!

Was convenient for the wedding we were attending. A sort journey away from the golf club where the reception was held.
I don’t think there was anything l disliked at the property. The front door step could do with a little attention.

I like the area, location and the cost of the night. It was nice and comfortable, clean, fresh and really nice place to stay in.

Customer service was spot on! The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating to any requests or questions. For the price, this was the perfect place for us! Would definitely recommend.

The location is close to central Warrington. Ease to travel anywhere with bus stops close by. The owner was very helpful in answering my queries and was very polite.

Location was as expected. Host moved his car so we could park on the drive. And helped is store our milk etc. in the fridge in the shared kitchen.
Strong smell of curry, both evening and following morning in the house, not in bedroom as kept door closed, but very strong in use of shared kitchen next door to our bedroom on the ground floor. Would have been good to have had a TV in our bedroom, but there was wifi.

Very clean
No TV, no bedside lamp, no tea/coffee, the room is too small.
It is good on newness and cleanliness but lacks an understanding of the traveller community.
I wish them well.

Easy process. Comfortable. Clean. Great room.
Location next to the kitchen and constant noise though was a problem, washing machine was constantly on, & loud clattering in the kitchen with pots and pans from early in the morning. An otherwise superb room, but not much sleep given this. Perhaps when guests are in that downstairs room some consideration should be given to attempts to reduce the noise created at 6:30

Not a huge deal, but there were a few spiders in the room and bathroom. Also would've liked access to an iron.

Very basic accommodation. No TV or kettle in the room although there was a communal kitchen where you could make tea. Not ideal if you want privacy.

I arrived late due to traffic however he came out to let me in at midnight, bless him. Very cheerful even at that time. Can't fault him.
Nothing everything was fine. Just maybe needs a sign outside so that you know it's not just someone's house.
