Very good place and very close to park entrance. Very friendly staff.

The location is great, staff is very helpful. Decent choice of food in the restaurant, and really good breakfast.

The hairdryer in the room appeared to have melted from within... we didn't dare to use it. And though we got collected from the airport free of charge, we weren't given any details as to who is picking us up, which company etc, which left us wandering around the terminal for a while. The phone number for the hotel on booking.com doesn't work, but a very kind lady from the car rental company at the airport made a few calls/search on the internet and got us all sorted.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast is plenty and good! 10 min walk to the entrance of the waterfalls.

It was really cold and no possibility to heat. The blinds didn't open so there was no light. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs more attention.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Had enough furniture and cupboards. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was excellent and it had many varieties to choose from. It has 24*7 check-in facility and luggage storage which was really helpful. The staffs were polite. The location is in the walkable distance to the Iguacu national park and the bird park.

it was very old fashioned, there was nothing to do of a evening in the hotel, the food wasn’t very good either. The swimming pools were very small.

Very helpful staff, lovely ecological walk out the back of the hotel, very close to the park (walking distance) and airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to visit the falls - only 5 minutes walk. Also only 5 mins drive from airport.

Aircon was noisy. Could do with lamp by the bed.

Wow. I was there on a holiday. Doubled + the rates. Didn't work for them or me. The place was empty. I took it because it was close to the Brazilian side of the falls. Was not necessary or advantageous.
