Pool

We were checked in very late. Check in time was 2pm and some of us were checked in at 3pm because the rooms were not yet available.

The location and the breakfast

The rooms. As per the booking online, standard room can have a pool view, but when we came there the room is in garden view where you can view nothing aside from neighbor walls and dried leaves(its like a congested/underground room feel. We ask for an upgrade and i am willing to pay but they said there is no available room.

Friendly and accommodating staff

The place is very old. It needs renovation.

The location and the view were excellent

The property was quite dated. The pictures on the website are of the property but maybe when it first opened up.

The bathroom bidet was leaking and spraying around the whole bathroom. Advised office staff twice before they sent maintenance, it was an easy fix for me if I had the tools, though maintenance came at 930pm - 11pm left and returned 3 times with another tool and attempted to repair but failed. Left it leaking and said it was the best they could do. The kettle also did not work. The fridge had defrosted, and chocolates floating in water, I thought you would have checked all these when preparing room for checkin of guests

the view of the taal volcano is perfect.

Pool is not heated and is near the restaurant.
