Location and has triple sharing, most hotels were booked already

They didn’t check us out right away and implied that we took their bath mat which wasn’t there in the first place. They were insisting that housekeeping provided “complete set” of towels but NO! Plus, how would we even know this if it’s not there? We only have 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels and I used the other hand towel on the floor as a bath mat since we didn’t have one. We checked out early at 10am instead of the usual 12nn because we needed to go and they made us wait for almost an hour to “double check”. The way their staff handled this issue was very unprofessional. Huge disappointment and definitely ruined the overall experience. Totally unacceptable and a complete waste of my time! Additionally, there was no in-room dining menu provided. requested for one but it took too long to arrive so we went down to the lobby to get this ourselves. Soap dispensers are also not completely full & very difficult to press. I will never stay in this property ever again.
