Staff were nice and helpful. Food was great.

The sea is right in front of the hotel but did not look very clean and clear, beach beds cushions were very dirty, damp and stained, the pool was small for the quantity of people using it, very hard to swim comfortably. There was not enough tables in the restaurant at dinner time, had to wait half an hour for a table when dinner started. most of the entertaining team was very unprofessional, embarrassing to watch and made so much unnecessary disturbing noise,

I booked a room for three, I have been given a very beautiful spacious room with rhe best view ever The food was perfect withsufficient varieties

spacious hotel, nice clean rooms with decent wifi throughout, good size bathroom with powerful shower pool area was good, the gym is very small and basic food was of a good standard & staff are excellent

only downside is the location compared to other hotels I stay at it is approximately 2 miles away from the main strip & about 3 miles from the marina

The food was brilliant. location of the hotel was perfect close to shops, pharmacy. Good shows at night. Animation team didn’t make you bored. very welcoming.will be back ☺️

The WiFi was rubbish.

The location was amazing! Photos are accurate! The staff were sooo lovely an helpful! I went for my birthday! The Guest Relations Manager - Natalya, even tried to arrange a birthday gift for me! She also helped with translating down in the food area as I have allergies and the allergens weren't labelled. Still, I had an awesome time!! Everyone was so kind! I would stay here again for sure! My friend and I bought a Turkish Bath package at the spa, and Jenny and her team made sure we had an amazing experience! I also swam in the sea a few times and loved that there was a demarcation at a certain point, so it felt safe. I highly recommend the Golden Rock Beach Hotel.

Wifi could have been better. Food allergens should be labelled. I had to keep asking the kitchen and restaurant staff, and whilst they were nice and tried hard with their English, it got a bit tiring having to ask every time. The bathrooms could also be better-ventilated. But besides these, I loved the venue!
