The staff was very nice, especially the sweet lady serving breakfast. Breakfast was good. I liked that the room didn't have carpet. All hotels should make that change. The room was clean and comfy.

Didn't like that the laundry wasn't working. We were there for a swim meet, so I was hoping to wash towels and swim trunks at the hotel.

My booking should have been canceled as the property has been closed for business since August 2022. I was not notified that they were closed and showed up expecting to have a room that I did not have. I had to scramble to get a room at a different location and business.

building was closed and under construction, even though we had a reservation. we were never notified. we learned this when we drove up to the motel. We even received an email from Sleep Inn stating they looked forward to us seeing them in Columbus, Ga. Very disappointed.

We ended up staying somewhere else, the location was ghetto and for a lady traveling with kids it didnt feel safe

Columbus is a town straight out of some end of the world movie where everything is destroyed with abandoned buildings everywhere. Homeless people and trash everywhere.

That bookings had it available and did not let us know.

Showed up and there were 3 women sitting outside on patio chairs smoking. Caution tape around the side of the building and a tarp on the roof. Apparently a tree had fallen through the rood several days prior. They stated that we were sent an email advising us that the reservation had been cancelled and this had happened on the 9th. We did not. On the 10th, however, we did receive an email stated that they were "looking forward to our visit" and to let them know if there was anything else that we needed. So, since we were there for our son's graduation from Ft. Benning, we had to scramble to find another place to stay as most were booked up. This is the first time we have had this situation happen from any bookings from Booking.com. Needless to say, would not recommend this hotel.

Noting went well. Went to check in after check in time and was told to comeback after the rooms were cleaned. Came back and was given a room that was occupied. Was not given a different room after waiting hours and had to leave and find a different hotel.

Was given an occupied room after being told to come back. Waited for hours for a different room with my family and was not given a new room. Have tried to contact them and booking for a refund and no one will contact me.

i rate poorly because I did not stay here because it was closed when I went to check in on 8/12/22. I canceled when the reconstruction crew that was at the hotel said there were no hotel employees there. i have called and emailed the hotel and Booking.com and nothing in writing about waiving the cancellation fee. They should have called me and let me know they were closed. Had to scramble to get somewhere to stay. I did call the headquarters for this hotel and they said they could see it was closed and would not charge me. I would like this in writing from Booking.com that wrote me an email stating they did not get a response from the hotel. So there was nothing to like since I didn’t stay here.

see the above comment of why I was dissatisfied with the service for the cancellation of this hotel. No communication that the hotel was closed due to a tree falling on it a week before and talked to the contractor when I got there to check in on 8/12/22 around 3:30 and said no hotel personnel was there. Hope you can resolve this since I did go and hotel was out of service due to storm damage. Hoping to hear from you soon.

nothing about this visit was acceptable

The first room was a disaster, beds still messed up and garbage still on table, toilet had waste and used toilet paper still in bowl and towels on floor, after moving rooms the second rooms A/C barely worked and the white pillows were yellow stained from greasy heads. both rooms were 3rd floor and I was too tired to change again so I just suffered in silence, Breakfast was mediocre at best and The one elevator had fries and napkins on the floor and for all this i will not be going to a sleep inn again

our room had two full trash cans of trash in the dresser cabinet which didn’t smell good. We found them a hour of being checked in, when looking for some toilet paper because there wasn’t any in bath room. We sat the trash cans outside of room beside door. They were still there the next day along with more trash sitting thru out hallway. we also had two phone calls and security at our door knocking after midnight saying they were getting noise complaints of other people saying people that were above them were jumping around being loud, my husband and I had been laid down almost asleep the last two times. The first time we had just walked thru door & the phone started ringing. Not sure why we were the ones being confronted when there wasn’t any noise coming from us.

The property is conveniently located to Ft. Benning and is easy to access from the main road. The staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate requests.

Unless closed tight, the bathroom door would swing open wide and block the room entrance door.

The location of the hotel was good for us since we were going to our sons bootcamp graduation at the base in fort Benning.

The first room the hotel gave us was dirty with a opened condom wrapper on the floor bathroom smelled like urine. Second room shower curtain smelled horrible and all my 4 nights I asked for a housekeeper to clean our room they never once came to clean it very unprofessional staff. The worse hotel experience.
