It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The staff was friendly. The location right by Fort Moore was great.

I enjoyed the breakfast, but my wife and daughter are vegan and there wasn't much they could eat. Please consider offering almond or soy milk as an option so that vegans or people with dairy intolerance can at least have cereal.

Really well located for visiting family inside Fort Moore. Also had the chance to visit the Infantry Museum. It’s within walking distance of the Hampton Inn and both a brilliant and informative way to learn about the US infantry.

In room coffee maker was a bit tricky and produced coffee that wasn’t quite strong enough. Not a big deal…since there is freshly made coffee in the reception area and also the breakfast room

The breakfast was nice, i mostly ate cereals with skimmed milk. but there was also egg, sausages and hash browns and more. Also there was free coffee 24/7 wich was great! The gym is small but functional, it has the basics to do cardio and strenght excercises. Staff was very kind and helped us with all our questions.

The AC on our room was great, the temperature was very comfortable. it was just a little noisy that's all. same goes for the toilet, incredibly noisy (for use at night)

Location was great. Very clean and brightly lit. Enjoyed the photographs decorating the different areas. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

Price was higher than anticipated.

Issues with my stay. I was double charged and spent a good chunk of my time worrying about it and trying to get it fixed.

Great delicious breakfast each morning, beds comfortable, close to Fort Benning gate and National Army museum. Rooms nice, 24 hour coffe available, Staff very friendly and helpful.

However, our last evening our new vehicle was broken into along with other guest. It was a busy weekend with Soldier Graduations, they do have cameras, which are of no use for those of us who were vandalized, they could of hired security for guest protection during busy events such as this. Officer told us not long along there were like 15 cars vandalized in one night at this hotel prior to cameras installed. Absolutely no excuse for not having better protection for the soldier’s parents. So not only was it an expensive trip, now we have to pay to repair our new truck, yes insurance covers some, still out of pocket cost will be high, but still unsettling that our property wasn’t protected Better.

Everything about this Hotel. Clean, comfortable, exceptional staff. Quiet. Breakfast amazing.

The pool was closed my son really wanted to swim since we were in the South.

I liked being close to the military base

That the on ramps closest to the base were closed and we had to drive quite a distance around the base to the main gate to enter daily

The location on Fort Benning was excellent, walking distance to the museum. The breakfast was good.
