Staff was amazing especially the night crew.

The over priced so called breakfast buffet dirty dishes, old pastry’s and not enough variety to be considered a buffet.

I liked the size of my room as well as the decor in my room. The staff was great. Every team member I encountered was pleasant.

The pillows were horrible. The guests near my room were loud and didn’t go to sleep until about 3am. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. I didn’t notice the shower was half cleaned and had long hair in it until night time.

It’s being renovated so much of the first floor is blocked off. House keep staff was so loud in the hallway and often talking loud, having loud conversations and playing loud music while cleaning other rooms on the hall. Disturbing.

I did like the location of our events. It was clean and comfortable.

Need air conditioning in the hallways and laundry. It was very hot. Did have a evening shift clerk that seemed to be a slacker. He didn’t want to be bothered

Yes, there was a notice of construction taking place; however, I was in room 330 and Saturday morning I received a wakeup call at 7:30 with drilling on the roof or walls nearby and could not go back to sleep. Terrible. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a call to handle the matter - no call.

The rooms were ok, although I was with my family - I would've liked our rooms to be together.

I didn't like the fact, my mother's room didn't have all of towels she needed - and when we tried to order breakfast from the restaurant - we were told it was closed and no one knew about it UNTIL that morning.
