The house was a comfortable size. The community pool was great for the kids.

The beds are really hard. You have to purchase extra toiletries because enough is not provided. The pool from the house was dirty.

Had an emergency maintenance problem and couldn’t contact property manager because the phone was suddenly disconnected. Some amenities were not working like the coffee pot.

The rental home is EXTREMELY beautiful and well-kept! The Disney decorations and personal/special touches to the accommodations were very welcoming and added to the ambiance and enjoyability of the stay! Overall, this was an incredible find and well-worth the price for the comfort, size and location! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the luxury of this condo! :) Scott

I don't think anything could have been better for the price. Even the pool was decently warm even though we did not pay for the pool to be warmed.

Great location close to our activities. Spacious and clean. Very nice neighborhood.

That we could not use the pool due to it was so cold and had no heater. But overall great.

It find difficult to relax in a place like this because of the excessive rules and penalties associated with such a place. Unfortunately, these excessive rules are not disclosed to the consumers until they paid their booking fees and until then, it is almost impossible to get your full refund, and especially if it was booked less than 30 days. The booking process was painful since you would be treated as though you are a criminal by uploading several pictures of your credit card and driver license after you paid your money via booking.com. I understand about preventing fraudulent activities and the Covid 19 situation, but this is excessive and unecessary. So another words, there would be two steps confirmation, one from booking.com and the other one from the management company. Then, they would send their rules and excessive fees associated from with washing towers to not putting out the garbache in the proper bin. Also, some of the rules are contradictory. For example, if you make a service call for an appliance or item that appears to be defective, they will charge a fee if the appliance or item is not defective. However, they also expect you to call them and to report anything that appears to be defective upon your arrival and if you don't, they will assume that you have caused the problem and there is of course a fee associated with that. This is the best rule of all, they gave themselves the right to come in and inspect the property without your permission or notification at any time during your stay. Can you imagine sleeping in your bed at night and a stranger open your door to inspect. If you are like me, you would do something to defend and to protect yourself. Other than that, the property was clean and pleasant, but the excessive rules made it difficult for me to enjoy my stay there.
