The shower in the room. It was in our opinion dangerous.

Within easy reach of Lymington and other New Forest villages, the IOW ferry just a short walk down the road.

Hotel/Resort meals expensive.

We stayed in a self catering one bedroom apartment, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was provided. Had a patio with a nice view over the Solent. I can't comment on the on site facilities as we did not use them.

The location, grounds, spa and the apartment were all super x

Great location for the coast and New Forrest especially that of Lymington town centre Did not use the outdoor pool but it seemed very popular with the group of families using it Our room was very spacious and quite enough to feel totally relaxed on our short vacation ,even on Graduation evenings from local school

Self catering - nice amount of essentials to start us off such as washing up liq / soap etc

Took us a little while to figure out the oven. But great once we figured it out.

The views from our apartment were sublime

There were school graduation proms on 2 of the nights which were right under our apartment. However they both finished by 11pm so luckily our sleep was not disturbed.

Amazing view from the self catering blocks. Hotel is great.

Staff, just didn’t seem to engage with customers I observed not just for myself but other customers who were ahead of me.

the apartment we had looked out over the lawns towards the solent, it was lovely and peaceful with brilliant facilities. the food was good and the pools were great.

Eating at the waterford restaurant was OK, but only OK, staff were very welcoming and the barman was really attentive and humorous. had a couple of slight issues with the food (frozen in the middle bread roll...) but overal it was enjoyable.

Excellent on all accounts, staff, facilities, beautiful grounds and views. Plenty to do for all the family, rooms and accommodation very clean and well laid out.

People parking in your allocated parking bay. Staff were excellent trying to find the person, but they still didn't move their car which was really frustrating on check out day packing the car up.

Exceptionally large, well equipped and furnished apartment. Grounds were very impressive. Many different activities were available. Less than 10 minutes walk to ferry to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight

Location to the town , ferry and marshes, good facilities for self catering but the feel of a hotel. Quiet. Lovely gardens. Great parking.

Dated , musty rooms. staff in spa-pool area not that friendly. Reception was good.

The location is perfect for Lymington and the New Forest. The apartment had everything you would need, including a comfortable bed.

We had a little problem when we first arrived and the hotel staff sorted it out straight away - particular mention for Kim who was absolutely lovely, thank you.

Setting was tranquil and a had an amazing view of the sea. The facilities are excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience.

We enjoyed the pool, tennis, and nice big room. The location was perfect for us. The children loved it. The little kitchen suited us perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We loved the leisure facilities but imagine if the place was busier they would be stretched. We were lucky as it wasn't.

The check in was poor. We had to go back down to ask about the bed for the children. It was a sofa bed, which was fine but on a late arrival they could have been more helpful. Tired children fell asleep on our bed while we tried to figure it out. They could have told us at reception, or they could have realised our late arrival and been a bit more intuitive! Sheets, duvets etc were all in an ottoman in the other room. Who knew? The sofa bed was not great but ok for 2 small children. The shower was poor - no water pressure and in need of refurb. Grotty grouting. Hot water was scalding - had to tell the kids not to use the hot tap at all. Loo flush was difficult too - you had to push hard and hold it in for ages! The whole place was clean - just tired. The worst was the wedding night! We were only told when we checked in. We were right above a very noisy, pumping, singing disco! No sleep until late. Tried putting the TV on but you could only hear the disco. No sleep for anyone, especially small children, made the next day very ratty. The staff seemed pretty disinterested in the whole experience, to be honest. They were going through the motions, but there was just an element missing. If this whole place was gone next year you would not be surprised.
