Would have liked a place to sit andvread downstairs. Dining room was one option but no salon. Not really a problem.

Highfield B&B exceeded my expectations. I had a fantasic stay.
Fraser and Maria are amazing hosts, extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with a request for an early breakfast due to a sport's event we attended, we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice for people with dietary requirements incl gluten free, vegan and diary free milk. The place was very clean, modern and kept to a high standard. There was a generous amount of tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies in the room, kettle, TV, necessary toiletries and clean towels every day, access to a hair drier, iron, even cooling fan in the room. Beds are very comfy. There is a free secure parking outside the property and the location is perfect, very close to the town centre and near the shops. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lymington.

Large spacious room with very comfortable bed , high quality linen and everything to make your stay a comfortable one. The breakfasts are delicious and food is sourced locally and are generous portions. Maria and Fraser are fantastic hosts and make you feel so welcome and are generous with their time to ensure your stay is a comfortable one. The location is quiet but within easy walking distance from town centre

This was the perfect stay from start to finish! Warm welcome from Fraser when we arrived, our room was just amazing-we have stayed in lots and lots of B&B's and this was the best by a very long way-better then many hotels that charge much more too! Nothing was too much trouble, Fraser asked if we had any dietary requirements for breakfast- I asked if skinny milk was available-he said that he would get some for me-usually the response is 'no we only have semi-skimmed' The whole place is immaculately clean, the rooms are finished to a very high standard and literally everything you could possibly need is provided.
Leaving after two nights-wish we could have stayed longer!!

Highfield B &B was excellent in all ways. Highly recommend it. The owners are extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is an easy walk into town, and the breakfast was substantial and yummy.

Hosts went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay which was for a wedding in the area. Breakfast was amazing and catered for a gluten free diet too. A really lovely property which I would definitely recommend . Thank you

Entire home was beautifully renovated. The hospitality was amazing and the hosts were great and nothing was too much effort to help. Parking was close on site.

The breakfast is fantastic. There are gluten free meals and vegetarian choices.
Lots of fresh fruits were served in the bowl,which means it's easy to eat. Tasty coffee with oat milk.

Exceptional stay at Highfield. The accommodation is of very high standard and is spotless. The rooms are spacious and every need is catered for in the room from toiletries through to bottled water. The en suite was excellent and looked brand new.
The owners made the stay very easy and even offered a lift into town for my restaurant booking.
The breakfast was exceptional. Great choice, ingredients and cooking.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Rich and excellent cooked breakfast served. Room was clean, nice an comfortable with real hairdryer, complimentary goods (tea, coffee, water, biscuits , ferrero rocher!) and with such a comfortable mattress that we asked for the brand! :) Would definitely recommend if you're in the area!!!
