Lovely and clean room with an ensuite shower and comfy bed (especially after a long day walking). Clear instructions for access were provided via text in case the owners weren't available when I arrived. As it was, I was greeted warmly by Graham and shown the facilities. Free parking was available and it was easy to park. Usual tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. There was also an added bonus of bottled water, milk and fresh juice available in the communal fridge alongside 'help yourself' cereals (a microwave was also available for use). The BnB is well positioned a stone's throw away from a large Waitrose and the main town centre is a 3 minute walk away. If you're looking for good coffee and yummy food - head towards the quay to find Coffee & Drift. Lovely street market on the high street each Saturday. Good communication from Sue via text to check all was well for me. This was a great, very good value room for a long weekend in Lymington. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again. Thanks Graham and Sue!

Very little to dislike about my stay. Occasional noise from other guests after 10pm - mainly the noise of television.

Everything was amazing.It exceeded my expectations.

Everything I would want was there (even an umbrella in the wardrobe) A great deal of thought is given to everything provided even bottled water in the fridge. The fact that it is difficult to book there proves how good it is.

A very nice clean and comfortable B&B and close to the town centre.

The room was on a main road and with windows open very noisy road but when closed with secondary glazing it was fine.

Nothing to fault with this beautiful guest house. We were made to feel very welcome l. A great range of breakfast cereals & fresh orange juice.

Breakfast is basic as you help yourself to cereals and fruit juice. If you want extra you can easy walk into town . Plenty of coffee and tea in the room with nice biscuits etc.

It was a 'complimentary breakfast' but we had a selection of cereals, muesli, fresh milk, orange juice. And tea/coffee making facilities, plus biscuits, in our room. So it was good value.

Beautiful home right by the town, convenient food options and its’s just a 10 minute stroll to the marina. The room was really big, warm, and quiet, with tea/coffee, orange juice and cereals. Also as a solo female I felt safe and Sue & Graham were such lovely and welcoming hosts!
