House was perfect for a visit to Newport. Roomy, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Incredible views from all 3 floors. Great walking neighborhood, close to beach, Cliff Walk access and Flo’s Clam Shack. Very short drive to downtown Newport and Thames Street restaurants and shops. Hosts were readily available and responsive, checkin/out easy. Only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We recently rented Damian and Catherine's lovely home in Middletown RI while attending a family wedding @ Newport Vineyard. We absolutely loved it. The house is spacious with outstanding views of Easton Beach. You look out at the Cliff Walk and the beginning of the Newport Mansions. The area is great for walking. Easy access to the beach and causeway. The third floor deck takes the cake as it offers a dramatic 270 degree view of water. The house is more tall than wide to take advantage of the hill/views so prepare for stairs however totally worth it. They supplied everything we could imagine onsite and were extremely quick to respond when we forgot our code. Easy parking for 4 vehicles off street (very important in Middletown). About a 10 minute drive to the Vineyard.(handy as we had several members of the family in the wedding so getting to rehearsal and ceremony quick and easy. Very easy to get to downtown Newport. Plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms and a large second floor main area for everyone to enjoy each other's company. I highly recommend to any family looking for a home for everyone to gather at if attending a wedding in Newport. Three golf courses in Middletown also. Thank you for opening your home to us. We like this house because of its location just moments from downtown Newport, and from the beaches. It has lots of light, and great views from the decks. Two master suites make for a very comfortable stay.

Amazing house fitting 8 people comfortably with everyone having their own space! My kids asked why they couldn’t stay there to live! Loved being five minutes removed from the business of Newport tourists everywhere and loved being a four minute walk to the beach! Cannot wait to go back to see more of Newport and enjoy this beautiful home with fantastic hosts!

The house was a perfect set-up for 2 couples with their kids to feel together and have privacy at the same time. Clean house, well-stocked, easy to communicate with owner. Beautiful views, yard and fantastic walkable location to the beach and short drive over to downtown Newport. Would stay again!

Excellent location and within a five minute drive to the beach. Decks on all three levels provide views and perfect for sunsets. Well appointed had everything we needed for a week stay. Would stay there again!

This house provided us with a magical base to chill as a family in the beautiful open plan living area, gaze at the view from the balconies and easily access all that Newport offers. We stayed in this home while attending a family wedding in Newport. The house was immaculate and the location was an easy hop to Newport.

This is the perfect house to gather friends for a big celebration. It is beautifully equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of room to socialize and lovely ocean views. It’s proximity to beaches and downtown Newport make it an ideal base while keeping tourist traffic at arms length. The owners, Cathy and Damian were exceptionally attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this beautiful house and hope to stay there again.

A spacious, comfortable multi level home with plenty of sleeping accommodations in a quiet Middletown neighborhood yet close to all of the beaches, downtown Newport restaurants & shops. Highly recommend!

Visiting Newport for a family wedding lovely , clean home, located central to all wonderful sites . Walk to beaches, walk to cliff walk and just an amazing view !

The process was seamless. Simple. Owners were kind, accessible, available, and accommodating. A few minor glitches, nothing serious, Wi-Fi accessibility down for a couple of days, refrigeration start up on the first day, bed in Master bedroom could use improvement from full size to at least a queen or king for the cost. Nice accommodations with plenty of sleep space on first floor. 3 levels of decking provided ample outdoor space. Beautiful yard space. Hydrangeas everywhere. Lovely. Owners kind and accessible. Despite MBR challenges I would re-visit for sure.

The house itself was terrific. 3 balconies. Plenty of room. 10 minute walk, 4 minute drive to beach. 12 minutes to downtown Newport.

This house met expectations. Not fancy but well located near the beach and easy access to Newport. Nice quiet neighborhood. The owners provided clear and helpful communications. The second floor open plan kitchen, dining and living set up had nice views of the ocean and distant Newport Bridge.

Location to Second Beach, Newport, and Mt Hope Farm/Cabin Cove made the wedding weekend!!! Beautiful Home with great sunset views.

This house on Easton Point was the perfect location for our exploration of Southern Rhode Island. We visited Little Compton, Westerly area and, of course, Newport. The house offers views in every direction so even when the weather was a little chilly it was bright and comfortable. Our visitors loved having their own spaces. It is a short hop to Second Beach so everyone got a chance to get some great beach walks in. The house has so many outdoor spaces—3 decks and a big yard. Lots of space for relaxing.

Hands down the best rental we have ever been to. This home is beautifully decorated, clean & bright, extremely well appointed, in a wonderful location, quiet neighborhood but close to everything and with a view that could not be better!!! When the sun hits the mansions in the morning it’s simply breathtaking and the sunset pictures hardly do justice to the real thing. Perfect for our family group of 8 (which included grandparents & children). The owners have thought of everything, are friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. We fell in love with Newport and can’t wait to stay at this property again!!

My family of 7 stayed at this property in March. The home has a great layout with plenty of room for the family to stretch out. The house was clean, though a bit dated. My only recommendation for the owners would be to invest in new beds. All the beds in the home were extremely hard and very old. One of the things many look forward to when they travel for vacation is having the opportunity to sleep-in a little and relax. Investing in some new mattresses would provide that comfort to guests. All in all, we did have a great stay, aside from some sleeping discomfort.

We stayed in this house for a month awaiting our newest grandson and then spending time with our son and his young family. We used the house as a gathering place when other family in RI and CT came to see the new baby. The well appointed kitchen was helpful as we prepared meals for the several visitors. The weather was truly awful...cold, wet, two significant snow storms, an ice storm and the house had some problems due to that. The landlord was both appreciative of our efforts to keep him informed of the problems as well as quickly responsive in bringing us help to address the issues. This was, all in all, a great trip.

When we realized that we would be traveling with a family to Middletown during Covid we felt more comfortable and more affordable to all be in a house together. Upon arriving at 3 Easton Terr. The check in to get the Key was easy. We walked into the place to a very clean and inviting home. As you walk in there are 3 bedrooms. On the next floor is the living space with a 1/2 bath and Majorly fully equipped Kitchen. Everything clean, plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The upstairs Master Suite had a lovely siting area with a great view of the water and the mansions across the water. I would fully recommend staying here anytime. The Beds I would have to say I wish they were a little softer.. But had no problems sleeping at tall.

We gathered for my son’s graduation from Navy OCS. The house was a wonderful meeting place for family. The different levels made it great for people to gather in small groups. We’ve visited a number of VRBO properties. This one was the best stocked and had the clearest instructions for a stress-free stay!

Great quiet neighborhood. Can walk to the beach or food in about 15 min. Great place for morning walks. Very responsive owner. Nicely kept house and yard. Yard was relaxing. Quick drive to Newport Thames Street.

Located close to everything yet away from the press of the commercial district. Drive, walk, run & bike easily and safely. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants & ice cream!! Pick one of the three decks, enjoy the sun & sea breeze and look out over the rooftops to Easton Bay, the Cliff Walk & the Newport Bridge. Our party ranged from 2 to 72, the space met all our needs for naps, play, and coming together for drinks and meals.

Overall, very well
