We all had a wonderful stay. House was nice and clean on arrival, beds were freshly made and very comfortable. Communication with Simone was open and extremely generous. Location was perfect; close to shops, eateries and numerous beautiful beaches. It was so lovely having our own private home away from home and given time and opportunity to do it all again, we definitely would.

We arrived earlier than expected with our fur babie and was greeted by Simone. The easy care, well-appointed townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning next year.

A good choice, especially for a family with a dog. Owner Simone greets her guests to show them how everything works. Since it is her home-away-from home her care for the house is infectious, and sets the trend to treat it with the care you give your own home. The yard is fully enclosed. Suller Street is a deceptively practical location: walking distance to the shops on Bulcock Street for the Sunday market, or another block to the Esplanade and the picturesque Pumice Stone Passage. IGA is a short walk, or if you prefer other outlets, they are not far off either. Currimundi Beach, with its km of sand for the dog to run off-leach and socialise with other dogs, is a 10-minute drive, but who cares when the eventual walking (or swimming) is good for man and beast? Recommended.

Very friendly owners; helpful and kind. Property approx 400m walking distance to beach. Felt very relaxed and at home. Had all the helpful appliances and cooking condiments available- loved being able to love our pets and family members in a clean enclosed environment.

Everything about our recent holiday at Caloundra Beach Townhouse was easy. Communication with the owner was great, location was central and it was as though the house had been set up with our family and puppy in mind. The securely fenced yard (minus all the plants that our inquisitive canine would normally like to chew) meant that we could relax knowing that he was safe. All in all, a great place to stay.

Simone made the booking process and the stay easy and care free. Any extras you could possibly need are supplied in the home. It is spotlessly clean a plus with dog friendly accommodation. I have two very small dogs the yard was perfect nowhere they could escape. The home is located a walk away from the beach, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to all the activities around the Sunshine Coast. Would recommend.

Such a lovely home! Simone was so warm and friendly from the start. The property was spotless (coming from a family of clean freaks) and there was nothing to want for. Close to walk down to the beach and local park at Happy Valley that my 8 year loved playing at. Our doggie loved his stay as well ❤️ We will definitely be back.

We booked this property for a weekend away. It did not disappoint. The place was immaculate. The amenities provided were everything we needed. The property itself is conveniently located and is close to beaches, the CBD and shopping precincts. Our dogs were welcome which we were extremely pleased to see. Simone made the whole process easy and was very quick to communicate with us. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away.

Simone's townhouse is in a perfect location for short walks to the beach, supermarket and loads of food options. It was a great place for our family including our little pup. Excellent gluten free food options nearby too.

We had typical QLD summer weather - heat, humidity, wind that turns sand into sandpaper & electrical storms. We felt safe and secure in the townhouse. The air com was a bonus. There are plenty of enjoyable attractions close by.

This property was fantastic. 3 min drive to my favourite beach with my dogs who thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is also very close to shops. Very clean and presentable. We found this accommodation was just as described and it was perfect for our Easter break. There was plenty of room for our 2 dogs to run around outside whilst we enjoyed the comfortable living area and got a good night’s sleep in the spacious bedrooms. The house is well equipped with everything you need and the host, Simone, communicated clear details on how to enter property and left lots of information about the local area. Beaches and shops are within walking distance and all in all we would thoroughly recommend this property for a short or long term stay.

Well equipped townhouse, Simone has added lots of extra touches to make the stay away from home that little bit special. You can walk to beaches, shops, restaurants,movies, events centre,markets all within a short walk. Lovely quite area so relaxing and caters well for fur kids.

Simone was a brilliant host and communicated with us every step of the way. The house is so well set out and all the extra little touches, like the hot water to the outdoor shower, baby gate for the stairs and fully equipped kitchen really made it easy for us to arrive and enjoy our holiday straight away. The location was ideal, the property was immaculately clean and modern - which is hard to find when you're looking for somewhere affordable AND dog-friendly. Most importantly the couches and beds were really comfy and cosy! Thanks Simone for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely time at Caloundra Beach Townhouse. The yard is a really good size for the dog to run around in, and is well secured with a high fence. The dog is allowed inside downstairs, and there is a gate at the top of the stairs so no need to worry about your four legged friend straying upstairs. The back deck area was lovely to sit in the sun for breakfast, and had a servery to the kitchen, which is equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and there are plenty of towels and linen, and extra bed covers for warmth. The location is great, being an easy five minute walk to a major shopping centre, and not much further to the beach. There is off street parking for two cars. Simone was very helpful and friendly during our contact with her. All in all, a great property. Highly recommended!

The house is cleverly set out and our dogs could sleep downstairs quite comfortably.Everything you need is there and Simone made great recommendations for breakfast and dinners out. The house is very central and we walked to dinner every night. Thanks for a lovely weekend!!!

After everything was unloaded from the car I relaxed on the lounge and thought "hmm I'd buy this place". After my company arrived they remarked "well we're ready to move in, let's split rent". It's in a great location, Simone was extremely accommodating and hands off. The property is well furnished and well stocked. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Simone.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our two dogs and one bird. There were so many extra's that weren't expected, such as a well stocked pantry, generous quantity of milk in the fridge, even icy poles in the freezer! The fact that our dogs could come inside was very important to us as this is what they are used to, and they thoroughly enjoyed laying down inside on the cool tiles during the hot days. The doggie door meant they could take themselves outside whenever they needed to, which is the same as they have at home. Having an outdoors hot/cold doggie shower bay was very useful after visiting the beach. Doggie towels and a couple of toys were also provided, which was a nice touch. Airconditioning in the lounge and main bedroom was terrific as we weren't used to the heat (coming from Canberra). It was also great that all the linen and towels were provided for use, instead of having to bring our own. We would highly recommend this property to others, and would stay again in the future.

We had a lovely time in Caloundra and the Beach Townhouse was in a great spot to access everything we needed. The Townhouse had everything we could have needed and our dogs were very comfortable also.
