Terrific week with 3 generations of family. House worked really well. Luxurious feel plenty of space. Lots of extras - spa pool billiard table kayaks with life jackets fishing lines. Great location short walk to beach Jenn is a great host. communicated well.

I have all my cousins stay with me - 11 adults in total - the weather was coolish so having the spa was amazing, having every bedroom with an ensuite was perfect and the room sizes are massive - can not fault this property at all - perfect place for my family reunion

We had 16 people in our group and this property was able to sleep us all with plenty of room to spare. Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Cavill Ave, 10 min tram ride to Pacific Fair. We were able to fit 4 x 4WD cars behind the locked gate, the house is very deceiving from the front, but there is ample space, and it didnt feel like we were living on top of each other. The Owners were a pleasure to deal with and when we notified them of a minor issue, they had it fixed within 24 hours at a time that was convenient to us. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and we'll definitely stay here again if we need a property this large.

The property was fantastic and ticked all our boxes. Ample bedding, great kitchen facilities with everything you could imagine. The home was lovely and spacious and in a great location so close to all that surfers has to offer. The host was wonderful and accommodating for all of our needs. Will definitely be back!

The house is so close to everything. Public transportation is only a 5 minute walk to take you anywhere. Beautifully designed home with heaps of room for families or groups of friends. We had the best stay ever. Thanks Jenn. Your a fantastic host and we had great communication making everything a breeze.

This property was amazing, me and my family went to relax for a little getaway and this house served, it was better than what we expected, the house was spacious and clean and had everything we need. I really do recommend you guys to try this property out.

From the start, communications are put through directly to the owner, so you have fast answers to any queries you may have. Jenn was fantastic throughout our booking and was a pleasure to deal with. The residence is absolutely amazing, every bedroom with its own ensuite! Kitchen facilities have everything you could need. Beds are very comfy and linen is beautiful to sleep in. Location is fantastic, close enough to the heart of Surfers Paradise, but far enough to have a quiet night's sleep. Highly recommend this house. Thank you Jenn.

We enjoyed our family catch up; 5 sisters, 2 b in laws mostly from NZ. We mostly appreciated the individual bathrooms attached to each bedroom. All commented on the peaceful space & made good use of the spa, pool & outdoor area.

Amazing experience to live in such a big big house for couples and singles with excellence facilities, great river view with fishing aids for fun, everybody like cooking in huge kitchen and dining room. Location is absolutely in the centre of surfers paradise, walking distance to dine out. huge rooms en-suite with comfortable bedding, etc. Appreciated the host Jennifer for kind concern on the checkin day for the luggage arrangement, rules and regulations are very clear and full information sheet to visitors are very useful. We all enjoyed the times we lived in Anchorage Waters.

House is very big & spacious, all bedrooms have bathroom, which was very convenient. We had 3 families stay 11 adults & 4 kids. Kitchen is big, pool table was a hit, fishing off the pontoon, pool & spa were very popular, everything was within walking distance. Perfect spot & lots to do. Would deffinantly stay again.

Our family had not all been together since before Covid, so 16 of us together in place - We thought this would be a difficult undertaking but Anchorage Waters delivered everything we needed to cater from all ages - From 14 months to 85 years old.
The amenities at the house were perfect for a big family and everything that was promised was delivered on. Pool was perfect and certainly got a lot of use. Large kitchen was just right to cook for such a large group. Each bedroom having it's own private bathroom gave everyone some privacy. We couldn't fault anything. Will definitely recommend this to any families wanting to get together while still having some personal space. Thanks Jenn.

There were 15 family members with an age range of 11 to 75 and there was something for everyone in the house. It was spacious, well equipped and the added touch of a Christmas Tree was wonderful. Our family voted it the best holiday house ever!

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay at this property it was absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend anyone that is goin to surfers paradise that is after a huge house to stay at this property and it is also very close to cavil ave! It is big,spacious,beautiful views and it had so many amenities included in the house that accommodated to mine and my families needs. The owner of the house was so lovely and polite I had no problems at all with emails and she was very prompt with her responses! Overall we had the best experience at this house we enjoyed ourselves so much and hopefully one day we would absolutely love to come back to stay here at this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay with family celebrating a 100th birthday. We had 22 guests total and this house accommodated us perfectly. Lots of living areas and outdoor entertainment for the teens/kids. The location is amazing and so close to everything. Will be back again for sure.

We were 4 families totalling 8 adults & 9 children aged 4 to 14. The house is purpose built for this type of holiday with quality throughout and 7 large bedrooms all ensuite & TVs in every room. The lounge & kitchen are spacious and well appointed. The pool and spa were great value for the kids and the jetty on the water was great fun for kids trying to fish. Overall an excellent house and we’ll located close to Cavill Ave. recommended for any large family groups.

Anchorage Waters was absolutely amazing. Firstly, Jenn was an 11/10 host. So hospitable with communication being constant and flawless. The home was exactly as shown and with 7 bedrooms, 2 living areas, large kitchen and outdoor dining area there was ample space provided for everyone to move about freely. The views of the Surfers Paradise skyline, in particular Q1, from the living areas and deck were breathtaking. We certainly felt spoilt. Close proximity to Surfers, we enjoyed walks to and from and all amenities were at our doorstep. Would definitely stay again.
