It is a nice, clean, spacious place in a great localization. Big thank you for tea, coffee and water in the fridge. Good contact with the Owner, free parking place.

It is quite noisy place, just take it into consideration.

The place is beautiful, the apartment is on the beachfront, on the top floor. It has a nice sea view.

Thin windows: ALL NOISE of street (generators, air conditioners, even people's voice was really disturbing, especially Saturday night. The other thing is the water pressure: to take a shower was a challenge :-).

Modern apartment with very good appliances. The location is great , facing the sea and all kind of restaurants located in the same street. Guest support (Katerina) sent us all the needed details on whatsapp which was very helpful, and whenever i send her a message she replies within few minutes.

The apartment wasn't very clean, specially under beds and under the sofa (seems was cleaned since some time). ants and insects encountered. Difficult to have correct water temperature for the shower as there is no pressure and the cold wad water flow is much more powerful than the hot one. The building elevator needs some renovation.

only good thing about this property is that it’s 2 mins from the beach and it’s a very good view for summer not the ideal location unless your happy to hear loud music till 1.30am and be prepared for salt water from the shower

was very dirty and dusty to start with until called for cleaners and even tho tv had 500 channels could only watch 10 of them

Spacious apartment, well equipped, close to the beach and bus station to the airport.

The apartment would be perfect if it wouldn't miss something very important for a seaside holiday-that is proper water system. The shower lacks of good pressure and also is very difficult, almost impossible to have balanced hot and cold water, eventhough we have respected the instructions in order to heat the water. So yes, the apartment is OK overall, but for short stays (at least until this issue will be somehow fixed-another shower head or something else)

Everything was perfect. I will definitely choose Lazuli when I’ll come back to Larnaka :) The beds were very comfy, apartment was very clean, the view through all of the windows just stunning!

A little bit noisy in the night, but it’s linked to the location. Very low water pressure: impossible to wash long hair. But all this did not prevent us from spending a very good time.

Fantastic views, great location, attentive staff, we got free parking and were very lucky to get late check out.

Be mindful that water pressure is none existent , it is also pretty much impossible to get consistent water temperature.

When we got to the apartment, we felt the sewage from the bathroom, and it is something that should not happen. No one came to our call to urgently get rid of the smell of the sewer, and the owners rudely avoided coming with various manipulations. The windows, and some parts of the floor were dirty. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low and there is not much hot water in the evening. Also, lot of things were old, and in poor condition. Definitely not a 4 star apartment, if it can be called a holiday apartment at all.

The property was very clean and the interior very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. The complimentary bottles of wine and water in the fridge, tea and coffee were a lovely touch. The views of the sunrise and sea were second to none. The beach, restaurants, shops, banks were all in close proximity of the apartment. We had everything we needed and more. Our host maintained excellent communication with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and our requirements had been met. We were also permitted a late checkout which was a nice finishing touch and gave us a wonderful ending to a brilliant first holiday experience in Cyprus.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms and a living room are a great place for a family or two couples. The location is amazing. The beach is so close, that if you are a good thrower you could throw your towel from the balcony straight to the deckchair on the beach ;P and the view from the windows is breathtaking! The only disadvantage was the water pressure. It took ages to wash long, thick hair because the water runs very slowly, but with all the advantages, this one disadvantage does not matter.
