Large modern rooms & the location.

It was a bit of a maze trying to get to and from our room. The breakfast was fine if Asian Cuisine was your preference. Limited Western choices.

The hotel room and bathroom was a generous size. Bed was very comfortable. Amazing stay, wish we stayed for longer. Amazing breakfast spread and the restaurant for dinner served great food and good value for money. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the security at the entrance to the concierge and everyone in between. Loved our stay.

I cannot think of one thing that I didnt like.

The walk to the room was extremely far due to the layout of the property. Definitively wouldn’t stay here longer than one night if you are a tourist in Bali. It feels very corporate for business travelers.

I requested an additional bed for our daughter as is advertised on booking (as i knew we arriving late and wanted to get to bed fast), the communication broke down somewhere between booking.com and the hotel - however it was fixed and set up within minutes by an efficient and happy hotel team
