We have stayed at Aqua for many years and this unit was one of the nicer ones with enough room for the seven of us with a large balcony. Check in was easy and a text is sent to you the day of arrival with all the codes and contacts. Will stay here again, great time. Thank you for sharing your condo.

We had a great time at our stay at Aqua! The condo unit was so nice, clean and had everything you could ask for. When we arrived the dishwasher was not working and was flashing an error message. A quick phone call to the number that had been provided in an email, and a repairman was at our unit within 2 hours and had it fixed in no time. The only other minor issue is the shared bathroom water temperature only gets lukewarm water and it doesn’t last very long before it’s cold water. The condo is undergoing some renovations so the bigger pool area was closed and it wasn’t pretty looking due to the construction stuff all over, but we understand that routine maintenance must be done. Our overall stay was wonderful and we would rent this unit again! Great location to restaurants and activities close by.

My rating for this property is low due to the fact that the property was not advertised properly and was under construction when we arrived. The balcony and outdoor pool was under construction and therefore not accessible. This was not shared with us so when we arrived after driving for 20 hours from Canada we were very disappointed. There were two families (4 adults 5 kids) therefore using the balcony and the pool were expectations of the trip. I called customer support of Emerald Coast Property multiple times to get it resolved. They were able to relocate us down the beach to another location which was fabulous! We had a great vacation at that property and would highly recommend it. It's too bad this property seemed like a nice spot however with all the construction and limited access it did not make it ideal for our vacation. Really disappointing that it was not mentioned ahead of time so could have booked something that fit us better and we could have started off the vacation on a better foot. Grateful that they were able to accommodate us and move us to a better location.

The property was under construction and we were not allowed to open or sit on balcony. As a retired teacher the whole reason I go to the beach is to read and sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. The property was not as describe in the aid!!!!! The rental agent was very unhelpful unconsidered with my issues. She said she was unaware of construction but I believe that is her JOB!!!!!!!

BUT...We were not made aware that the balconies on the east side of the building would be closed when we booked. We were not allowed on the balcony and were not able to see beach or ocean because of protective plastic. The pool area was noisy and dusty from all of the grinding. No window coverings in common areas, with no privacy from the workers. ECDI did not acknowledge several emails requesting partial credit for the inconvenience and noise. Slow response to a leaking toilet. Would have rented the unit again next year, but I didn’t want to rent from ECDI again.

The property is well laid out and located right on the beach. Plenty of room for up to 10 although we had 6. Ample room in pools, hot tubs and grills! Although this unit is privately owned, the on site management team at Aqua was happy to answer all questions. Highly recommend!

It was very nice the way the condo is set up split floor plan was very nice. The patio furniture on the deck could have been nicer but unfortunately the weather was against us we weren’t able to spend to much time outside.

The only complaint we had was there a couple of cleanliness issues but minor overall. The washer being in the kitchen closet had mildew along the rim and with a smell. We cleaned it with what we had but it obviously isn't able to leave the washer door open as a front load washer should be. Aside from this though we were happy with the cleanliness and accomodation.

We had a large family and there was plenty of space for us to be together and space to retreat when we needed space! Access to the beach was amazing as the kids bounced back and forth from the beach and pool. The kids loved doing karaoke across the street at Shuckums! We will definitely be back!

The condo being on the 4th floor was nice for less elevator travel. The view was still great. The pool and hot tub area were ok. It would have been nice to have a better snack/tiki bar. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Overall stay was okay. The condo is conveniently located and if you’re a lover of oysters then Shuckums right across the street is your place to go! I feel as though the unit could use a little extra TCL like fresh paint and cleaner baseboards, there’s discoloration around door knobs, someone must have had fun before we got there because we kept finding fake eyelash strips all over the place, you couldn’t open and closer the master bedroom curtains as someone must have broken them and they were just “fixed” to stay closed, the washer and dryer need to be cleaned, the toaster didn’t work, and coffee maker smelled, so we just put them under the sink and forgot about it; small things that a standard cleaning company probably wouldn’t do is what this unit needs. We did have trouble with the gate codes not working, but that was no fault to the property owner, they were just having issues throughout the building. I will say the worst part of staying here is that security isn’t really on top of making people follow pool rules, people kept throwing q-tips, ice, dropping beer cans from the top floors to people in the pool, and even spitting in the pools from their balconies, and nothing was done about it. Needless to say we just spent most of the time at the beach. Communication was great with the rental company. If closer attention to cleaning was taken care of we’d rent again.

The condo was great and the pools were amazing. Walking distance to shop or dining. The owner was quick to respond to any of our concerns or problems. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.

When I read one of the reviews from someone who stayed last month I was worried about this condo but I was very pleased with everything. It was clean the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need a lot of times I have to go buy a frying pan because the pots and pans are so worn out but the ones in this unit were nice. Would definitely stay there again

The floors were very dirty, but other than that it was a beautiful condo and perfect location! Check in was super easy, getting ahold of someone was very quick!

Every room was dirty and had a sour smell. There was mold in the washing machine and coffee maker. We could not get coffee maker clean enough to use. The bathroom toilets looked like someone had just been sick in them. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans need an upgrade. Remodeled? I don’t think so. The walls were dingy and dirty. The towel supply was not enough for the number the unit sleeps and the towels were so small they would only cover a child’s body. We paid for parking twice because the kiosk wouldn’t print our online order. The front desk is non-existent. One good thing was when the smoke detector started chirping they sent someone right away to change the battery. But doesn’t that mean they don’t change them at regular intervals? Would NOT stay here again

Overall stay was great location was great walking distance to mostly everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This condo is so pretty and in a perfect location! The owners are great to deal with and are quick to respond if you have any issues! Would definitely stay again!

Even though the location to this unit was nice and the over all layout of the property was awesome the unit was very dirty. The floors were no clean, hair in showers, inches of dust on fans, urine stain on Queen bedroom mattress cover, kitchen dish rack was nasty, old food on floors ... Fridge didn't keep food cold, washer and dryer would turn off and dryer had two inches of sand in the window. HVAC worked in living room.. but bedrooms were hot we had to go buy floor fans. This is just a few of the issues. The rental company that I sent our final check to prior has not deposited our check and I am already back home. I can't get anyone to answer me about the payment. I have called and emailed multiple times. They sent the codes to the parking and beach/pool enterances they were all wrong I called and they said they would email me but didn't. So other guest gave us the codes they had. Can you imagine arriving to the condo and you can't get it? Yes that was us.. we had to wait for somone to walk by. They did offer to send a man to come in and clean the unit day 2 after I sent documented photos of the unit but we declined as we spent our first night cleaning . They couldn't even give us the correct codes when we called nor email them to us so we didn't have much faith in there services .

Overall it was a great stay. This was our second stay in the same condo. The only issue was the beach chair business left only one path to the water. This was very inconvenient for us to access the ocean. They need to leave more openings to reach the water.

We stayed for a week and it was a great vacation. Location is amazing and the beach is so, so good! The condo has a great balcony and layout which slept our large group wonderfully. I loved that they offered some beach/pool toys for the kiddos (nice touch) and the kitchen accommodated perfectly with many items that were very useful for our large family. The pool side adult beverages and food options were nice too. There are many things in walking distance, (food, shopping, activities) and Pier Park is literally a nice walk also! Walmart for groceries is minutes away (two turns to get there!) Cons: Bath towels were tiny and we didn't have enough for all of us. I was irritated by the broken toilet seat in the Master bath that was extremely uncomfortable by pinching us all week. The house cleaning was a bit lack-luster also, but I understand we stayed in peak season and maybe they were rushed before we stayed. ?? Overall, I would rent this place again for sure.
