It was clean.

Asked specifically months ahead of stay for a top floor room as I’m a very light sleeper. Was told I would have one. Got there, nope. No top floor room and gave me a room right next to the elevator. Loud, sleepless night

Rooms and other facilities are very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely will recommend to friends visiting the area.

Great breakfast, nice selection and well put together. Kids loved the pool.

Both beds were dirty in our first room. So we room moved.

I didn't like that my room was messed up, as I was given a wheelchair access and was unable to switch. I didn't like the hot tub being down for a day to reheat I felt that more breakfast items were needed.

Pool and slide were a hit with the kids. Breakfast was exactly what we needed.

The pillows were quite hard

Despite the claims of only cold breakfast, we got bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and new.

my daughter stepped on a nail in our room I asked front staff to have someone go in and do a deep vacuum just to make sure it didn’t happen again. they did a horrible job and I had to go on my hands and knees picking up any sharp objects on the floor, btw I found 2 more nails!
