We enjoyed our stay at Casa Familia. It was comfortable and had several great areas for the family to gather together. Communication with the the property managers was seamless. We loved it's location, too. It was a short drive to the beach, Monterey Bay Aquarium, shopping, restaurants, breweries . . . We would stay there again.

When booking this reservation the rate increased within minutes (no change to reservation request specifics/dates). There was an astronomical cleaning fee and various service fees, mandatory insurance policy and other charges that kept adding up and made the actual total price much higher than the base price.
Upon arrival the carpets were dirty (like from a dog) and smelled bad. They did send a carpet cleaning company to fix it the same day (which was greatly appreciated-the person that responded to our request was fantastic). The location is great (close to Pebble Beach golf course-everything you could want is close by) but the home is dated and had some deferred maintenance. Needs new mattress in master bedroom.

Mildew smell throughout the entire home. I have stayed at other homes in Del Monte Forest and none smelled like this home. It is very old on the inside, furniture, carpet, popcorn ceiling was cracked in areas of the home. Really disappointed considering the amount of money I paid.

The house was everything we were hoping for and more. It was open, bright and beautiful. My daughter's (18 and 20) each loved having their own rooms and bathrooms! The mamma deer and her fawn in the front yard was a nice added touch!

Had a wonderful stay here. Place is large and beautiful and clean. Small hiccup with the Wi-Fi the first day but otherwise no issues. Had a blast.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for the month of December. It's location, near Poppy Hills Golf, Spyglass, Spanish Bay, and Pebble was great. The walking experiences through the community around Monterey Peninsula CC down to the Ocean was a daily wonder. Having our family around for a week during our stay was a fun part of our stay as well. We will be back for 2022!

Well furnished house in great location.
Our family had a great time in this wonderful home. The home was well furnished and had plenty of room to spread our with TVs in every room. The location was perfect with close proximity to golf, the beach & Monterrey Bay.
