We had a fun long weekend of games and time in New Buffalo! The house is very convenient to walk to the main shopping area / restaurants in Three Oaks!

Wonderful stay for a friend vacation. Bedrooms were roomy, kitchen had a wonderful island, dining room table was perfect for playing cards as well as eating. Older house with exceptional updates. Third floor suite was particularly nice. Only small complaint was the outside deck was not very clean - chair cushions were dirty, and needs a good power wash. Overall the place was excellent and we would definitely rent again!

The property was amazing! Everything was very modern and updated. The house had everything a couple or group could need to have a truly enjoyable weekend. The location was fantastic and only a five or 10 minute walk to all the amenities in Three Oaks. Carla was an outstanding host and very responsive. Check in and check out was extremely easy And we would definitely stay here again.

We were absolutely blown away by the thoughtful accommodations, cleanliness, and luxuries of this home!! One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at and such a unique experience. This was our first time in Three Oaks, and the town did not disappoint either. Cozy with incredible shops, restaurants, and the friendliest locals. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful house! So much room! Very very clean. All the extra touches from fancy folded towels to hotel like toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen! Carla was amazing to work with. Very responsive. We had four girls there for a girls weekend. Wonderful comfortable beds, full kitchen. Great place to hang out and chitchat. Very close to everything. Highly highly recommend!

Five adults and 2 labs had plenty of room. We all hung out in the family room at the end of the day, the dining room table was gorgeous and we had plenty of room at the table to eat and/or play cards. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. The kitchen had lots of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The house was super clean, a lot of towels were available, the upstairs attic unit was awesome, the bed mattresses were very comfortable. The nice long driveway accommodated our 3 vehicles very easily. We had a great time, meeting in Michigan from 3 different locations. We found lots to do in New Buffalo, a short 10 minute drive from the house. We all agreed, it was a great trip.

The house was SO CUTE! And very clean. I was actually surprised how big it was in person. We came into town for a week to celebrate a wedding at Journeyman’s and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to downtown with cute shops and restaurants and a short drive to New Buffalo. We brought our two dogs and they loved the back yard, enough room to play with a fenced in yard. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 8. There were plenty of large comfy beds plus a twin bed in the family room area. The best part was the upstairs addition that was a nice area for the sisters and the bride to gather. The many rooms helped us to get ready as we had hair and makeup 💄 sessions added in the first floor level. The home was well maintained and decore was suitable for some nice photos. The outside was not as glorious but it really didn’t matter to us. Thank you for a great home you shared with our family. It worked out great and had a lot of comfort. Love Three Oaks!

The house was awesome; it had so much character and charm. The attic was incredible. The house was very clean and stocked with ample necessities and extra’s. Communicating with Carla, the owner, was great. She is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. There is so much to do in that area, we really had a great time!

This house was everything we needed. Spacious, clean, beautiful. Our family vacation was wonderful and we plan on returning.

We stayed 9 days with a family of 6 adults and it was fantastic! Tons of room and the upstairs attic suite was amazing. With the attic AC unit it was actually the coolest room in the house. Within walking distance of Journeyman’s Distillery and downtown Three Oaks it was a great location and only 10 minutes from New Buffalo with the beach, more restaurants and the casino. We loved it!

We were lucky enough to be at this beautiful house during an unseasonably warm April weekend. The house was perfect - comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and so many spaces to hang out, including a wonderful back yard for the dogs. Tons of hiking, beach and restaurants all close by. This is our 2nd visit to the house and we are already looking forward to our next!

This place is really nice. Cool old house that is in immaculate condition. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful home. Pet friendly. Our host did not miss a thing. The home is well stock with everything you need. Great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are considering this home as a vacation spot, book now. Don’t hesitate.

The house by itself is a 5 star home. No question or doubts about that. It looked EXACTLY like the pictures. I would argue that it looked even better than the pictures. They don't do the house any justice. The ONLY reason why I am giving the place 4 stars, is the list of chores that we were asked to complete upon checking out. With the cleaning fee being as high as it is, we were surprised and a little put off by the number of things that we were asked to do. Mainly because we weren't made aware of the chores until either a few days before check-in or after checking in. I understand that it's a touch nit picky, but it left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths. That being said...the house was gorgeous. I can't stress that enough. If you don't mind doing some chores, definitely book the place.

Cozy, comfortable, plenty of room for relaxing by the fire, watching movies, playing games. Mattresses and bedding VERY comfortable, plenty of extra soft blankets and towels. Spacious backyard and deck.

We all loved how beautifully decorated the home is and the layout. It was perfect for our group of 6. There is so much to do in the area within a 10 minute drive. The owner was quick to respond with my check out question. We can’t wait to book this property again over the summer!

Amazing property. Amazing amazing amazing. So clean and well stocked with cooking needs such as pots and pans and dishes. The attic was amazing. It’s own space for a group of kids or like parents that want to have their own privacy from their kiddos! Everything that is on the listing is exactly what it’s like. Carla responded to me so quickly anytime I had a question. Oh a bonus I found was that there is an electric towel bar in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful touches everywhere. I’d suggest this home to anyone wanting a big place with a bit of their own space in a sweet town.

Nice house in Three Oaks!

We enjoyed our stay here for Christmas. The house was very warm and charming. The communication was excellent and we appreciated being able to come a day early, due to the storm. We would definitely stay here again next year if we come.

House was great, lots of stairs for those who may have issues getting up and down. But the bedrooms were very cozy and the house was nicely decorated in every space.

This is an older home but don’t let that fool you from the street! The owners have done an incredible job of remodeling and furnishing. The 3rd floor suite is fabulous and the attention to all the details was impressive. Don’t miss it if you are staying in Three Oaks or New Buffalo! Easy walk to Journeyman’s Distillery.

We chose to stay in this home in three oaks Michigan on a whim. We were looking for something large enough to accommodate our large family within close proximity of fun activities for both adults and the kids. This house was the perfect fit. The home is beautiful and updated. Communication and check in process was very easy and smooth. The home is large with plenty of room for our group of adults and two small kids. The bedrooms were large. The bathrooms beautiful and updated. My wife and I stayed in the updated attic with our two small girls and it was perfect! It is literally it’s own apartment that was perfect for our situation. The location of the home was great. Within 20-30 minutes of beautiful wineries and craft breweries as well as the beach in new Buffalo. We took day trips to Michigan city as well as st joes. The journeyman distillery was literally within walking distance and was a great place for drinks and food. We visited the apple orchard 10 minutes away for my daughter to pick fresh apples. We enjoyed visiting the dunes and the walking path at the state parks. Overall a fantastic experience and one we will remember forever. I would highly recommend Carla’s home in beautiful three oaks!

The house is beautifully refurbished and has a nice yard and deck . We found that, at least while we were there, many of the restaurants in downtown Three Oaks are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so we needed to seek out dining and shopping in nearby towns. We may have come at the tail end of high tourist season as we learned that many school districts had already gone back to school. The upside is that everything is a 10 minute drive so there is a lot of access to beaches, Warren Dunes State Park, New Buffalo within a short distance.

This house was beautiful and exactly like it was pictured. The location was exactly where are group was wanting to be and walking distance from the town. There were some cleanliness issues as far as dog hair and dust throughout the living spaces. There were also issues with communication as far as someone coming into the yard to mow the lawn and the cleaning people showing up over 30 minutes early. Other than that would definitely recommend staying in this home !

Lovely home. Well thought out renovation. Stairs a little intimidating for older adults because of no railings. Also could have used more wine glasses! All in all a great stay at a beautiful home. Overall we give it 5 stars.

We had a group of 6 and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the new attic space as hangout for young adults. We were able to walk to three oaks downtown for breakfast and dinner at the distillery but still had easy driving access to beach. Worked out great for our family.

This house is just as wonderful as it looks in the photo's and comes equipped with everthhing you need to make your stay fun and comfortable. OK, well maybe there could be a couple of more wine glasses ;) It truly feels more like you are staying at a friend's house, than a rental . The beds are super comfy and the multiple living spaces are great for spending time with your group. Our dogs enjoyed being able to lay in the sunny spots on the deck and run around a bit in the yard. It is just a short drive to Warren Dunes and a few other places to hike and enjoy nature and to the beach towns for more lively dining and shopping options. Carla is a fantastic host, highly recommend!
