Morgenmaden var virkelig fremragende. Beliggenheden virkelig god, da man kunne både køre i bil og komme hurtigt med tog til Amsterdam.

L accueil et la disponibilité des membres du personnel. Les chambres propres, spacieuses, super équipées, très joliment décorées.

La piscine ; le système de rendez vous qui complique l accès avec 4enfants. Le fait que celle ci ait été fermée pour maintenance du à un soucis technique durant une journée complète! Nous avions choisi l hôtel pour ce service! Les enfants ont été très déçus et nous déplorons le fait que l accessibilité à la piscine ne soit pas plus clairement évoqué lors de la réservation des chambres.

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel.. onderling roddelen bij het ontbijt, dame aan de receptie had een erg kort lontje. Bij uitcheck wordt niet eens gevraagd of we het fijn hadden gehad en dat mist dan echt! Hoofd schoonmaak is een top dame! Algemeen mis je bij het personeel dat ze je het vakantiegevoel geven en net dat beetje extra doen. Valt me tegen voor een bedrijf als vdV

Chambre spacieuse. Déjeuner EXCEPTIONNEL. Emplacement idéal. Willness (sauna nu ou non) et Fitness dans notre batiment, nul besoin de sortir comme ce fût le cas pour des visiteurs dans le batiments principal (précision à demander lors d'une réservation). Zone restauration imprionnante et très belle. Il y a des terrasses un peu partout. Parking gigantesque. Un hôtel très classe.

Notre matelas était très affaisé ce qui nous a donné quelques douleurs lombaires au réveil.

Om maar het bijgebouw te lopen in de regen voor ontbijt of wellness. Wellicht een overloop met trap maken naar het hotel binnen.

The breakfast is superb with such a wide selection and choices. The room was a good size, with comfortable beds. The shower was also very good. All in all it is easy to recommend this hotel - right next to the train station - 30 minutes to central Amsterdam (€7 each way) and 10-minutes to Utrecht.

The service in the restaurant was a little slow in clearing away and supplying the bill.

Terrible room. The toilet and the shower are right in the room. The shower has transparent walls. The toilet is not separated from the room at all. The room description doesn't say anything about this. We asked the manager to change the room, (we are a family with 17 year old child). The manager replied that he didn't have another room available and that it is not his problem and that we had chosen this room ourselves. Then they nevertheles organized another room with a separate shower and toilet, but this room was much smaller. We moved into the new room only at 1:00 a.m. The price difference was already refunded.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly. The parking in front of the facility was super convenient. In total, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice, but the mattresses were single, which was uncomfortable for us as a couple. We had hoped to use the swimming pool but could not because it was closed at 10 pm and was in another building.

Excellent interior

The restaurant, one of the drinks came after the starter arrived and then one of the main meals was incorrect - had to sit and wait whilst my girlfriend ate her food. No discount given on the bill despite the two inconveniences.

Everything was perfect, I wish the New York suits have balcony too .. the location is perfect, fast service and helpful staff.. Room was super clean new
