The hotel is in a fantastic location, on the beach in SAN Antonio Bay. They had sunloughers by the pool but also at the side of the hotel which were brilliant to stay in the shade. Staff at front desk were always lovely and friendly. Would recommend this hotel as it is great value for money also.

Although the buffet breakfast has lots of variety, I wasn't too keen on the food.. But I am a very fussy eater. There was lots of choice, hot and cold, savory and sweet so it would suit most people.

the location was fantastic, was right on the beach and nearest bus stops to travel the island

the hotel room didn't have a fridge, also no top sheet or blanket to wrap yourself in, not that you needed one because of the hot weather, but it would have been nice to have a blanket, also have to pay for a drins at dinner

Great location walking distance from San Antonio main strip.

Very noisy, make sure you ask for air con remote and safe key in advance before going to the room as staff do not even offer it during check in.

Typically Spanish hotel. Very basic, clean and comfortable. We were given a spacious room on prior request by contacting them prior to our stay. No extra charge or fuss. Depending on your reason for visiting San Antonio, the hotel is first line with great sea views of the bay. Hotel bar reasonably priced considering the location. Excellent breakfast. Good choice of cooked, continental, cereal and hot and cold drinks

Noisy location, and at times noisy guests. No drinks facilities in the room, no kettle, coffee maker, nor is there a fridge which would have been good, especially when staying for more than a night or two.

Perfect location. Nice bar with affordable food. Friendly staff (mostly, see comment below). The views from our sea view room were simply stunning. Really good value for money.

The rude night receptionist/bouncer that would treat all guests like we are in a youth hostel and 16 years old. WiFi is very slow so if you're planning on working there you need to find a different solution.

The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was awful. The cleanness in the area of the swimming pool wasn’t very good because of the papers and others (during the afternoon). The rest of the areas were very clean (room, restaurant, ….).

The staff members where friendly and prompt to solve issues. Great location 👌🏼 and an amazing view from the balcony.

The internet was quite weak at least on the fourth floor where we stayed.

Staff is amazing. All workers are so kind and doing their job properly. This hotel is so lucky to have these workers. The room has a great landscape. I think this hotel is the best hotel in terms of location in Sant Antoni.

It was noisy. We travelled with our baby and nights were not easy to make him sleep. We had a half board option but paid for drinks in dinner.
