The lady at reception, refuse to open the gate because she had no booking on my name obviously I felt like she did that because I am black and I would not blame her totally because you can not open for anyone inside your property but I expected for her was to check for names of people who booked that day so she can filter who is coming in because they booked in and people to still scan through for security reason. She clearly said I not going to open for you because you did not here, at that time I was ready to go and find another place after a few minutes on the phone with she left me in so she can check if I had booking with them. I showed her my conformation on the booking App, she said it she would have received notification through her phone and nothing did, even on her gmail email there is nothing, until she checked through her mail on her computer that where she then said the confirmation email is there for me and because I was also refusing to stay if she does not have confirmation/notification that I should be there/booked in. This was not a holiday/business trip, I just need to clear my head a little bit. This whole issue got to me a bit but I was okay afterward. She need to change her security strategy and also checked who is coming in on the day so we don't get asked what do you want and I can't open the gate for you after you have given her your name. I won't booking her again.

The rooms were very neat and well-appointed. Access from Room to the beautiful garden was extra Bonus. The Host was welcoming and we immediately felt at home.

I tried hard to think about this but still could not find fault.
