In Protaras wahrscheinlich die beste Lage. Kurzer Weg zum schönen Sandstrand und zu Restaurants. Sehr schöne Frühstücksterrasse, gutes Frühstück. Schöne Promenade zum Bummeln. Netter Empfang der neuen Gäste am Donnerstag mit Wein auf der schönen Terrasse. Unser Rückflug ging erst abends, wir bekamen kostenlos einen Changing Room so dass wir bis nachmittags noch am Strand bleiben konnten.
Die meisten Zimmer haben nur seitlichen Meerblick. Kann morgens etwas laut werden durch Lieferanten.

Le petit dejeuner varié et tres bon, la propreté aussi bien dans le logement, les partie communes et les exterieurs. Plage a proximité avec activites, le service et l amabilité du personnel, juste a coté de plusieurs bars, magasins,pharmacie, restaurants ( je vous recommande « love boat » pour une bonne ambiance musicale et un personnel adorable) . Le fait de pouvoir se faire servir des plats ou cocktails sur notre transat via une application c est top! Nous étions au 4eme etage vue latérale mer (photo) avec vue sur la piscine reserve aux adultes

We had a few problems with housekeeping, inconsistent standards & not always friendly. The bed in our room badly needed replacing, there was a duvet on top of the mattress in an attempt to level out bumps, not comfortable at all. New mattresses would be a good investment for the hotel.

Staff is a strong side of this Hotel. Any level - from a room cleaner or pool helpers to front desk or high managers were professional, very good organized, disciplined, all our requests were resolved fast and easy, that's why we had a brilliant and comfortable stay.

Great location, room, facilities, food, breakfast, other services, space, pools.
Kitchen Chef personally was checking food in a hall every morning during the breakfast.
Tip: beer in "Mamas's" restaurant, in front of a pool, right on the hotel's territory was just great.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was great, lots of options!
The beach was lovely. We had a great view from our room and the bed was really big.
The staff were so friendly and couldn't do more for you. Always pleasant and smiling.

The location is very good. Next to one of the most iconic beaches of the island.
This is a very expensive hotel which doesn’t represent what they are offering and facilities. The hotel is dated and would benefit from a refurbishment. Inexperienced staff not able to offer a good customer service as you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel. For instance, they stop serving food at the swimming pool area at 16:00!! We arrived late with two hungry children and not able to get them something to eat while they were enjoying the swimming pool. The staff were serving fruits to other customers but could not bring for us even though I said we will pay for it. The swimming pool closes at 18:30!! At breakfast the personnel were all inexperienced and had to go and ask management before answering any of our queries. At check out when asked to use a shower after a long day at the swimming pool and beach they could not help us out. The showers at the spa were all reserved for other customers!! A simple thing as a shower with shampoo, how difficult is it to offer this to a customer who spent 1,200 euro for two days!! Overall, you expect top quality service from a hotel claiming is a 4/5 stars and for the price you pay. Not the case for this hotel!

We loved the location and the approachable, friendly staff. Breakfast was great. And my son was happy to take advantage of the time slot and have a free sauna!

The room was not very clean. floor, closet, mirror were dirty and under the bed the smell of old!!! dampness.. Underground parking is terrible!!
