Reception staff is great. All staff are nice.

Great location and overall good value for the price. The staff was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was nice and varied enough. The room was comfortable and relatively well maintained. Can't say there is anything I did not like.

Everything was just fine. It was near the end of the season, and the place wasn't crowded .Personel was polite, room've been cleaned each day. Buffet, we had half board , was good. They had evenings with different national cuisines.

The fact that they don't have adapters for the electricity to borrow to guests. In order to charge the phone one has to go to the store and buy it. Don't order squids at the restoran. You'll get gummy, without taste , giant circles like plastic.😳

-Relatively close to the beautiful beach (Fig Tree Bay) and a Lidl -very nice, family friendly staff, -the noise of the fountain in the swimming pool helps you sleep

-Diner was not especially good, but it was Ok for the price -The bed was a bit hard -The bathroom could use some renovations

Great location set back one Street from protaras main road which meant it was peaceful. 5 minute walk to fig tree bay. Very calm and wonderful atmosphere and breakfast was always a lovely experience. Clean and fantastic apartment for amazing price.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lantiana. The staff all went above and beyond and made our holiday very special. Marietta and Kristina at reception were incredibly helpful and kind. They treated our little girl like family and she was so excited to see them every day. She is still asking for them now we are home. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were also amazing always making a fuss over our toddler and making our 1st wedding anniversary so special organising flowers and champagne with my husband. The service is so personal and not like the huge hotels where there are so many people it's hard to have that same experience. The pool area was lovely with 2 pools including a small child pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and doesn't feel overcrowded and no early morning rush to get one round the pool. The rooms are large and clean and the food is really good with lots of variety. The evening buffet is great value and I highly recommend the greek bbq night. Also the cocktails are really good especially the strawberry mojito and amazing value at happy hour. We will definitely return.

Although the location is great really close to the strip and Fig Tree Bay, the walk along the road with a toddler felt a bit unsafe as there is no path in places. Hopefully this will be sorted soon as it doesn't take away from the great location. Our bed was made from twin beds on wheels that constantly came apart which wasn't very comfortable but wouldn't stop me staying again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marieta in reception. We were very impressed with breakfast and dinner, every night was other food served with lots of choices. The hotel is clean and has everything you need for a vacation. Great location! Keep on with great work!

location was good, only a couple of minutes from the main street and beaches.

no pool towels provided, visitors are not allowed to consume own drinks/snacks by the pool. visitors are obligated to wear masks during breakfast, but after breakfast no one wear masks (included people at bar), seems that covid spreads only during morning hours :)

Hotel location was good, clean rooms.

The way to the beach wasn't easily recognizable. Poor breakfast. People reserving beach chairs despite hotel's policy prohibites that.

Room was an ideal size for 2 adults and 1 small child. Beds were comfort, bathroom good size but no bath. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink. Two pools - main pool and baby pool very clean and good size. Beach - 5min walk from hotel. Supermarket 5 min walk. Main strip 2/3min walk. Great location, staff were amazing!!!

Personnel, cleanliness, pool, food, everything works and the atmosphere is fantastic.

At night, there was often noise from the street in our room (room not facing the pool). Also, the walk to the sea is not very nice, a proper pavement is missing. But overall these are minor things.

Very good location, close to Fig tree bay. The staff was very nice and supportive. There is a parking.

It wasn’t very clean. There wasn’t much variety of food. Breakfast was the same all the time. The pool wasn’t heated.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Very accommodating. Very close to the strip (especially if you use the short cut opposite the hotel (5 min max) We only found this on our last day) far enough away to not be disturbed by noise of the strip. There was a plate of fruit in our room upon arrival with a bottle of water and a welcome note. Please don't let my above comments put you off staying at this hotel. The positives far out weigh the negatives. The staff are amazing, as are facilities for a small(ish). However, I would have liked the above to have been brought to my attention before we booked. I would definitely stay again, just not half-board

The hotel welcome letter states that you can order takeaway, to take food to your room. I was informed when I asked that that was not the case. Nothing major, but perhaps it should be removed from the welcome letter to stop any confusion. You are only permitted one key to the room, the key also controls the electric. Not ideal if you want to return at different times, as my 16 and 21 year old did. The staff are however, are very accommodating and will provide access to your room on your return. The food was cold (not luke warm, cold), we only tried the evening meal twice then we ended up eating out the rest of the stay, so we could have just been unlucky with the days we selected to eat there. We are very fussy eaters When the weather improved you struggled to find a sunbed by the pool. Considering it is the start of the season I can see this maybe an issue in the height of the season. Please note, these are my only negative observations and are nothing major. The hotel its self and the staff is amazing. If it wasn't for the above I would most definitely give it 5 stars.

Apartment better than a hotel room. Nice sunny balcony. Large lounge, nice bedroom. Kitchen adequate for our needs.

Perfect location. Small walking distance to the sea, supermarket, fan park and other facilities of Protaras. Clean rooms, public area, great pool area!

Smoking when you're sitting at restaurant area, and even in room where the doors are open.

Really nice clean rooms, great staff who are really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, nice pool and great location near fig tree bay and bus stops and the quieter end of town. Some amazing restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away, check out Folio and Promises, definately best in Protaras.

Breakfast could have been later. It's until 10am and they're very strict about not going back for anything else from the buffet after that time even when it is still out.
