Peaceful and very nice villa/location with pool and all amenities. The villa i located at 7 min. walk from the 2 closest beaches - despite other villas around you can enjoy privacy ..just in case.. there are 5-6 good restaurants (partly belonging to hotels) at walking distance. Bus stations, coffe shop and more 1 min. away on the main road... Very frindly and helpful owner 🙏🙏 Definitely..we would have stayed longer!!

The location was perfect. Near the beach, bus stop in different directions. Shops for food and all we needed very close to the house.

Very good location. Easy access to the sea, shops, car rental, restaurants and bars. Everything within walking distance. The amenities in the facility met our expectations. The large swimming pool, regularly cleaned by a professional company, was a big attraction for everyone. A bathroom and toilet dedicated to each room is a very big advantage and convenience for all users. Mari, the owner of the facility, is a very nice and charming person, always helpful, very quick and easy contact, access to various information. It was a great time and a great holiday that our family spent at this property. The villa has our recommendation. Thank you Mari for everything :)

The villa has full air conditioning, a full kitchen including washing machine which was very handy. A driveway out front for parking. The villa was nice and clean had everything you would need and expect. Lovely swimming pool which gets cleaned and maintained whilst we was there. The villa also has a roof terrace which is perfect for evenings. A couple of shops coffee shops and bus stops next to the villa. Located a 20 minute walk from protaras and about a 10 minute drive from Ayia Napa it’s easy to get to the main attractions and it’s nice to be able to come away from them back to the villa

The only thing we had a little moan about was the beds. As some of us found them uncomfortable and some found them fine.

House location was ideal. It was in the middle of Ayia Napa and Protaras, so we do not met any traffic because we used the Cavo Greco - Ayia Napa highway road. Also the pool and garden side of the villa was very big, actually i think it is the biggest from that block as I noticed. Marianna was very helpful and very responsive, always trying to solve our issues/problems. She bought us a brand new fridge with next day express delivery and also she arranged for the air-condition technician to visit us and fix the problem two times within a week. Apparently the air-condition needs replacement. I am sure that she will arrange to buy a new air-condition and bed mattresses also, the soonest.

At the beginning we faced some difficulties. (1) Bed mattresses were very old, especially the single ones. (2) Fridge was not cooling (3) One of the room's air condition was not working properly.
