The cost of the room was acceptable. The room was clean.

It was very late when we arrived at our hotel, close to midnight. Although the shuttle bus driver greeted us with our name on a sign, he then had to go get the shuttle bus. It took a long time for him to come back and pick us up with our luggage. We were tired and thirsty and there was no bottled water to drink nor purchase when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was very hot as the AC was not on. The remote to turn it on did not work. We then had to call the front desk. The security guard came to the room and changed the batteries in the remote. The hotel staff should have checked ahead of time to ensure that the remote was working. The hotel should offer bottled water to the guests. We were not comfortable drinking tap water. The window vent in the bathroom faces the street which allowed for all of the vehicular noise to be heard during the night. As a result, we did not sleep well.

L'hôtel n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport et il est très appréciable d'être face à la mer. Les chaises longues a dispo sont très confortables. Concernant le logement, c'est très pratique d'avoir une cuisine car le coût de la vie sur place est très cher. Il est certes vieillissant, mais fait très bien l'affaire. Et surtout, c'est très propre et les jardins sont bien entretenus. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en attendant notre départ pour l'aéroport, ce qui nous a permis de profiter un peu plus (et sans frais). Il y a toujours quelqu'un pour surveiller le lotissement, ce qui est très appréciable. Il y a un market à 5min a pieds, ce qui est super pratique. En revanche, attention, ils essayent de se faire une marge (voir 2 ou 3) sur tout (taxi a plus de 15usd en comparaison avec les taxis aéroport, crème solaire à 27usd contre 12 en pharmacie, le resto est hyper cher...) ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les autres logements que nous avons pu faire.

- Les marges abusives sur tout. - besoin d'un vrai rafraîchissement, surtout la salle de bain. - manque d'amabilité pour certains membres du personnel (un peu de froideur mais qui est peut être culturel) - deux lits simples collés et non un grand lit

Beach access was good. Breakfast was decent but menu isn’t that wide in variety. Staff is generally pleasant.

Building definitely needs upgrading/power washing.Deluxe room is very basic and lacked basic amenities such as paper towels, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags. It has become the norm to have complimentary teabags / coffee when we stay in hotels when we travel but there was none, so this was a bit disappointing. Also, don’t expect late checkout at this hotel. There isn’t an option to pay for late checkout and you would be expected to checkout by 12 noon. Storage for suitcases is available however, and you may be granted access to remain on the facility before catching your flight.

I really appreciate the customer service there, the facilities were same as they were advertised. The staff are prompt to correct any issues and they are very friendly. The room was quite clean and comfortable. I enjoyed that fact that you had direct access to the beach.

I didn't like the fact that they weren't anyone to help with your bags as you arrive. They gym was quite small and only 3 machines were working.
